In my specific situation, neighbor proximity may be a positive. Also a rentable living space would definitely be a positive. A bigger lot wouldn’t be a negative but the flat lot is quite helpful. This one had a lot of what I wanted and nothing I didn’t.

The word got out during COVID and so many people moved here from other states. It killed our rental market too.

 

If you don't mind being in the city there's a bunch here in Erie for under $100k.

I think that was the Ivan Steward with the custom grill. I see this is XSP package, which is a Gulf States Toyota thing, IIRC, and I think the Waltrip maybe had a signature on the dash somewhere?

Yeah, when I said Ea TN, he'll be looking other than big city, areas bordering Smky Mtns, and even Blue Ridge/Ashville area. Wanting to go off grid where ever he finds. Works for us, puts him closer to our Burg place.

You can buy a trailerhouse here sub 300k, then pay astronomical rent for the spot and hope the park owner doesn't sell the land from under you...

 

Why is a trailer house anywhere close to $300k? They sell brand new on the lots here for $68k and up.
