Get you some live stock so you can lower your taxes and get farm truck plates and farm trailer plates. Pretty sure all you need is two acres and two goats.

Weird, I've never had an issue with wheelers. I've ordered from them at least 3 or 4x since 2011. The shipping on the AAL is crazy, always has been.. I think that's so they can show a price cheaper than Icons AAL. But I don't see why they even carry the Icon AAL if they don't want the competition. Anyways, I don't think anything else has crazy shipping from them. I've ordered my Kings, couple different Bilsteins, three AALs, etc from them

You can't run the red diesel on road though. It's a hell of a fine if you get caught.

Also you could enjoy no taxes at places like tractor supply

Mix in a bit of dirty motor oil. Tell em you're running a homebrew biodiesel. Tell em it runs off fresh beets & you're willing to produce soundcloud rappers.

Depends on who’s doing the work and what needs to be done. Regardless of what you budget, it will go over. Remodels suck. There’s always a plumbing issue, electrical issue, framing issue, hazardous remediation issue, slab issue, crawl space issue, or just a plain issue issue. We did an almost gut for about $40k on a 2000 sq. Ft. House. We saved a majority of the old cabinets, but everything else we did.

I may find the coilovers don't lift enough in the front to warrant anything out back. We shall see, I guess.

Re-bumping this. Apparently the coupon I used is good for 10% off on up to $2,000 worth (potential $200 savings) at Summit Racing. But only for the next 48 hours.

If anyone was looking to make a big purchase, their pricing is already low, this could really take the edge off considering shipping is often free on most of my orders with them.

I think it’s the land and area it’s located. What sucks is that 1/2 of the 3/4 acre lot is in a flood plain. Truthfully, I don’t think it’ll sell for more than $400k at most.

Although I'd love to have the garage, tall enough for a 2 post lift.

Try searching $400k in San Diego and you get a 2k ft plot with a crack house on it.

I thought Ocean Beach was nice where my sister rented. Commuting kinda sucks but all of Cali is like that I take it.

Even now? Hard to find a $150k house anywhere in the US in 2023.

Even the most redneck backwoods places in TN are now overpriced. Places where you could previously buy a house for $150k are now $300k.

Full parking x 2 on the side too. And plenty out front. Could fit the 58’ horse trailer and my own personal trailer if I got one or two.

some cute new construction around the corner. Some crappy lots nearby too.

it’s not incredible pricing but the living space looks completely done. Could use a driveway and maybe some epoxy in the shop.

Man, I'm getting so damn sick of the barrage of robotexts and robocalls wanting to buy our place, too. Everyone in my area is getting hammered. Big corporations are snatching up everything right now.
