Hate autodimming mirrors. Haven't had one fail on me & they don't dim when windscreen behind you is reflecting the sun at you.
Got a manual mirror for a '07 Prius laying on the shelf? That's my current failed autodim mirror.

Eh no idea. That would be impossible if the pcv valve was in place. Thats a mystery only a previous owner could explain

I’ve never had an issue with the autodimming not working correctly.

I'm on my 3rd dead autodimming mirror out of 3 vehicles that came with autodimming mirrors.
The homelink appears ready to work, but the garage door is arm powered so....

Assessor records online? See who's paying the taxes on the land. Either they own it or are leasing to the tower owner.

Odd. I have never paid more than 30 bucks for one of my mirrors. No issues yet. 8 years on one of them so far... and it was 6 years old back then!

prius mirror is 2007, about 157k on the clock. It has worked 2x for me at night, so it's just flaked out. Old car stuff.

It really doesn’t matter in the trucks as much as the cars. Especially the tundra with the cap... it never auto dims because it doesn’t need to. I love the compass and homelink though

OEM fenders have built in mudflaps and are thicker. Those look like they are as thin as Ivan stewarts so Id probably guess they are EGR flares, but Id love to know if they are different.

Taking a water break, and to tell a story.

I'm under the truck tightening up my brackets. I'm listening to music softly, and can hear the neighbor over the hill mowing.

The song fades out, and before the next song plays. I tune into the lawnmower noise for some reason.

I hear him turn his blades off, and then idle down. He shuts the mower off, and it fades out. It back-fired.

Over the other hill I hear a dog howl, and then its all quiet. The music starts.

Man, that was something out of a movie. I swear

    Sweet set-up.

Got the drivers side dry fitted. Put the front bracket bolt in, and it was looking REALLY nice.

Crawled under, and started moving the mid/rear bracket around. Realized I would have to move the whole board back about an inch.

Once I moved it I crawled out, and looked at it. Didn't look too bad.

For giggles I measured the distance from the front door seam on drivers/pass.

Both turned out to be 2.25 inches from the door seam. Exactly. I honestly didn't measure, or plan that. Just happened that way.

    Edited for spell'n

Got the mudflaps bed lined, and put back on.
    20200703_201516.jpg
This is pass rear. The original mounting points weren't really mounting anymore. Made a small improvement. I'll paint the bolts/nuts before my next trip.
    20200703_201505.jpg
Sorry it already got dirt on it

Also, got both running board reinforcements cut, drilled, primed, and painted. Waiting on a full cure before going back on.

Started taping up my side moldings, and then was hesitant. Should I just send it with bed liner?

Any special prep for my bed rail caps?
@Professional Hand Model? Just paint right over the faded stuff?

Not sure about my wheel well trim. May leave that alone. Whats yalls thoughts?
