He actually had a youtube channel. All his old stuff from Gearz is on there. I watched Knucklebuster the other day. Funny he says you can find 70's short bed chevys for cheap. Ah the good old days.

Yup. Order beer. Meds and beer go great together.

    Easy there @empty_lord.

Sounds like you can't just drill a hole in some flat stock and drop it in the hole b/c only 1mm rise?

It'd be really convenient if someone made an open-face conduit-style tension clamp like this, where you could just mount the base to something and clip the extension into it, and tension on the arms would hold it in place.

I know these exist, I've seen this style of clamp before, but hell if I know wtf it's called. I can't even remember where I last used one, other than for cabling/conduit purposes, but ... maybe someone else knows.

Stacey always said everything was cheap. Love the guy, but ... man, below is a great example. When the show I'm linking below came out, he swore the Cherokee Chief was a bargain. I hunted at the same time because I wanted something fun and 4WD to take to some the harder-to-get-to fishing holes I was at, and I was considering picking up a small bass boat. $4k was baseline, and I was searching far and wide, south to Macon, west to B-ham, North to Knoxville, east to Charleston and Savannah. At the time I was about a year or two deep into my LS1/T56 powered '68 C10 at the time (I see Copperhead C10 in that Tundra video you linked, in full primer, hence why I mention it). I gave up and decided I needed to finish the C10 before looking at something else.

Anyway, yeah, he always said everything was inexpensive, it was jut lip service to help inspire folks to dig in :D

Beer and antibiotics typically don't mix. I can usually do it with the usuals like augmentin and amoxycillin. Doxycycline and beer don't mix well.

Would depend on what size bed the T100 had. If it was off an extended cab model it should fit an AC Tundra, but not a DC. This is just what I’ve read, no actual experience.

I think I'm gonna get some thin angle iron, a d some carriage bolts that are 3/8 and 1/2, heat up where I want the holes, and then punch the carriage through and use my locking extensions to hang em

That Cabriolet isn’t even worth saving IMO. Probably a lot of mechanical work into keeping it going.

I like that it has a 2" tow receiver, like he going to tow his camper trailer with it.

Ernst makes some clips that hold extensions or ratchets to their socket rails. You could just drill a hole and send a sheet metal screw through them.

That's what I'm talking about! Good call. But the ones I saw were center-post-able, where you could arbitrarily mount them anywhere. And I feel like they were brass-colored thin metal vs. the silvery steel ones BMF posted for conduit.
