You going to drill the camper shell and put a rack there? Or just a rack over the cab to get you up to the height of the camper (like the Sherpa Equipment one that supposedly "fits" our ACs, but I think it requires drilling the cab)? Or racks on both?

On my small Mazda B2600 4x4 with a camper, I used to ratchet strap a big canoe to the brush guard in front and same thing down to the trailer hitch in the back and that worked, no racks anywhere. But since you have that step up on the camper, I would think if you could secure the front of the yaks to the cab rack (or a big block of something to get them up to the level of the camper shell?), install some tie-downs even as simple as eye bolts in maybe four spots on the camper, and then the ends of the yaks to your trailer hitch or something, you'd probably be good.

If not though, make sure it's on video so at least we have something to laugh at. :p

I’ve been using Rigid power tools since they came out in 2004. They are hard to kill. I saw the compact 18v w 2 batteries on Father’s Day sale at HD yesterday for 99. The batteries are compatible with the 1/2” 18v I got years ago. Wife had to go to HD today so I gave her a coupon and told her get me two more. 89 each now. I would get these if you use them as much as I do. Today I had three in use with diff bits for the chicken coop extension.

I have a fleet of Rigid power tools. The lifetime guarantee is what reeled me in. IT EVEN COVERS BATTERIES! When my batteries wear out they send me new ones!

I always thought bring a trailer was for vehicles that couldn't drive for whatever reason. Looks like that thing could drive home no problem

Like a RC 150? Hahah not sure
I helped a dealer rep move and load one or two last year sometime. Super nice construction and built quality. It was a cool last minute rally of the local troops, one guy had a nice 4runner

If you get their credit card, they send you several 10% off coupons per year. Some can even be applied online to something on sale (even though they shouldn’t).

This. I had like a 30K limit but they recently dropped it because I never use the card. But now I owe them a few hundred so I'm sure my limit will climb again.

Hoping to get the engine out tomorrow and do a more thorough look over. I'm afraid it's too bad to even use as a core. Hoping to get the head off and see the condition of the block and go from there.

Here's more pics of inside the engine.

About that ... If that didnt' start from a stray celebratory-gunfire bullet coming down or a carpenter bee, and there's no clear indication why it happened, double-check your rain gutter to make sure it's properly un-level; it should have at least a few degrees of slope to the left in this pic, down towards its downspout. It should also be firmly secure on this end. Gutter hangers sometimes get lazy and don't slope the ends nicely, or shit buildup in the gutters will cause water to pool at one end like this during heavy downpours, and the fact it's rotted starting mid/upper where the gutter ties in is suspsicious af as the likely cause of that rot. Make sure there's no fastener hammered into the pair of 2x4s showing, or above them, and if there is, use some spray-on FlexTape crap inside the gutter trough to seal it.

Also, it looks like this 2x is completely FUBAR, not just the 1x outer fascia you're replacing.replacements. Hopefully I'm seeing this correctly, and it's just a short 10-12" section doubled up for support you can easily remove the dead one, and hammer in a new one to the half-decent one.

Makes sense - Emerson owns RIDGID and Milwaukee, chances are you're basically using a Milwaukee driver with orange and black plastics there...

I mentioned before, but I've been dropping all my Dewalt for Bosch here lately. Only because I've seen the same reliability, and I like the smaller form factor. Had I known about the Ridgid battery exchange, that would've been a gamechanger for me.

Hell, I'd trade you a full set with tires for your C10, I'll even throw in my 4 hypersilver ones with tires and half-dead TPM sensors for free

Figures for me ... within 2 weeks of me buying my new wheels, I've seen 4 pairs of the hypersilver ones popup, with 3 of those at a price I could accept.
