Welp put in a lowball offer on this place.

The pictures make it look a lot better than it is. Needs a lot of drywall finishing, a lot of paint, and a really heavy cleaning. The good is the 200 amp electric, newer plumbing, and newer HVAC. Roof looks decent other than the one patch. We did a walkthrough after a decent rain storm and everything inside was dry.

I've had my galaxy s10 plus for 4 years now. Still doing pretty good. Couple weird things here and there but overall pretty good.

I don't mind spending decent money on a phone because I watch YouTube videos and stuff a lot. If I was to buy a phone now I'd just go all in with the new s23 ultra. Spendy though. Really need to determine how much you use your phone and how long you want it to last. If you don't want a giant phone the regular s22 or s23 are probably your best bet.

Depends, if the k&n is an fipk kit. If it is, it has an EO#, in which case it's smog legal. You could contact k&n customer service and they can provide you a new EO# sticker for it.

Otherwise try a pick n pull or auto wrecker/dismantler to get a used one.

I used to have motorola phones but their android options have always been somewhat lacking for processor/speed.

The samsungs are good if you want the latest and greatest but have some extra apps and os drawbacks (lack of higher bitrate audio aptx codecs, nerfing of sbc for those into audio).

I've been using the google pixel phones for a while as they have little to no bloat ware but still decent hardware.

Probably pick up a good used device off swappa.com to try. I've gotten several devices over the years from there.

The property alone is worth that figure. The house is a bonus.

That was kinda it, closest house in value in the neighborhood last sale was $99k more than a decade ago. One down the street is listed for $157k currently the rest last sold for about $110k.

I was just looking around Erie; looks like a lot of homes are reasonably priced compared to here. I’m surprised to see that.

That's exactly what I did, K & N told me it's a racing system, no go in CA! No sticker for you!
These things are apparently rare, plenty of air boxes on ebay, haven't seen any coupling hose assembly's however..
Tried 3 dismantelers today, no luck!

Sad part, as soon as I get the SMOG, it goes back to the way it was!

I’m constantly testing my exhaust, so I made test pipes, the kittys only get put in for a week or so before emissions, and then back to testing……..

Job market sucks here. Maybe a handful of large employers who pay decently. The weather sucks from November to May.

We've got some great stuff here but close proximity to Cleveland/Pittsburgh/Buffalo seems to limit the growth. Hell as of June our 'international' airport will only have AA flying to Charlotte.

Any chance you could find a different smog shop that’ll pass it as is, assuming it runs clean enough to pass?
I had a modified BMW back in the day in Cali (CAI and exhaust being the apparent mods) and just had to go to the right smog shop that would pass the visual inspection. Car ran super clean too.

    You have 5 spacers?

I used to delete my CEL on my scangauge but it would come back on in like 50 miles. So now I just leave it and it turns itself off for a few days. Then it'll come on again for a few and turn off again. Rinse repeat

After not appreciating my ring gear delete joke, he went virtually radio silent. I’m very curious what would cause his issue. Something must have spun on his deceleration from highway speeds. Crazy it wasn’t noticeable.

Nice@ I think I'm gonna break the one I found open this week and repack it. It's a little loose, I'm gonna lube and tighten it up, toss it into the pile of tools I eventually plan to pass onto our daughter.

That was my shock too, not noticeable. Something isn't spinning/engaging. Not a lot of options there, and most of them would've made some noise, although I would've probably missed hearing it w/how loud my music normally is. I'd expect it to have a sensation to go with it though, not just a noise.

If my road-score Snap-On is any indication, a simple clean-out and repack should get it back to tip-top shape.

The section of road I'm talking about has been a killer tool-find spot going back a long, long while now. Too bad nobody in a welding truck with a nice Lincoln or Miller box hasn't lost anything yet ....

I've kinda had my hands full, buy I've narrowed it down to an internal failure with the ARB locker. The hard way.
So sunday evening, I removed the third member (of course wheels and axles first), and was a bit shocked to find that all of the ring gear bolts had backed out. None completely out of their hole, which is good cuz the gears would've eaten em up. The carrier of an ARB locker for those unaware as myself, is 2 pieces, I believe pressed together, but ultimately held together by the ring gear bolts. So it appeared to me in my optimistic ignorance, that was the problem. Everything else I could see, looked fine, gears included. I removed all the bolts, but only half at a time as I could feel spring tension from within, and didn't want it all coming apart on me. Cleaned out the holes well, as well as the bolts with a wire brush, packed the threads with red loctite, and torqued back down. I could turn the splined sidegear on one side and see it turning in reverse on the opposite side, as it should, and all seemed well. Reinstalled into the truck (of course followed by axles and wheels), dumped fresh diff juice in, and started it up. Put it in drive. Same shit. I look under the truck and watch the driveshaft spin. FAWK.
Wake up in the morning and do it all over again, but this time I reinstall the stock third I've been holding on to for this type of 'just-in-case' scenario.
I won't know exactly what failed until I open the locker, but from the outside, everything seems to be A-OK. Will report my findings when I do so.

I have the ultra now. The 1TB version for improved video-age. I had the S10+ but I chipped the screen. The camera didn't work. Then a few months later I sat on it, and bent it. Half the screen right over the keyboard was black.

Anyways, long story short. I needed a new phone and traded in that POS new phone that I was forced to get with the leach present. The S21 5g fe or whatever it was

Got a new watch from Samsung too. Shiiiet living my best life.
