The post office was closed that day along with everything else due to the state emergency.

Yeah, but none of those windows are big enough for queen mattress either.

You could buy any of the new bed-in-a-box mattresses. They'd fit up a narrow stairway. I recently got a SleepOvations queen. When you unwrap the plastic surround, the mattress expands from a cylinder to full size in 15 seconds. Amazing to watch.

It would be a trick to compress and remove it but it's possible.

hahaha that's not the same. you can't compare a complex swimming pool to the pacific ocean. That was cute tho and you do get bonus points for riding a motorcycle up to go skiing.:fistbump:

I wonder if moon mist was available in similar year siennas, highlanders, avalons, etc.

I took the steering wheel controls from a sienna to put in my 4runner wheel switches so it'd match the green, instead of orange the 4runners got.

I don't even know what color the buttons are on my grey wheel :) I was more focused on the leather being good quality.

I like your plan of swapping the charge. At this point I actually have a spare charge since I have a spare bag (the OG bag if I replace with the new one which is grey). Or if I go with black wheel (which I already have) and black bag (which would be 2 stage charge) then swap the charge with my OG or just use one stage, I have at least one spare charge, possibly 2 (would have to buy a black bag).

Maybe swapping the charge "solves" my passenger airbag problem? If the charge is the part that's broken? Outside of that part, what is an airbag anyway? A charge and a bag to receive the air, right?

    Hmmmm.

Mostly I don't have 1-3 days to do this work nor do I have shop space to tear this thing apart, kitchen cabinets in one bay, minivan in the center, gear and shop space takes up the remainder. I can do day jobs but can't do long term projects.

Need to buy a new house I think, this time with 6 car garage :) priorities...

Moon mist was a color for Tacoma (first gen) and 4Runner (old gf had that interior in her blue T4R) as well, but for audio controls they start around '03-'04 ish and that's about when moon mist sorta fell out as an interior color it seems?

A black wheel would look fine I think and since I have one, that's the most tempting. I think I need a clock spring too though, the one I have is dual stage. Then again if the dual stage connects fine, maybe I use that clock spring and call it good?

I need a few days to tinker...

Shit, crackies body has had a train or 4 run on him, but I don't judge him for his past. I'm always excited to turn That key on. Real shit about everything except maybe the Subaru, but that's cash flow I guess if I dint really want it.

Lil bro asked about buying it so... guess there's sort of an easy out once it's fixed. I just have no motivation to work on that except to free up NY tent

    I’m often unclear, aren’t I?

I love love love my Tundra.

I’m in the middle of a kitchen remodel, studs, wire and pipes right now. I have a load of stuff for the transfer station in the bed of the Tundra.

It’s serving well as my mobile dumpster. It’s not “trash” but rather my “trash transporter” hence my affectionate “trash truck” nickname. Because I need a way to distinguish between these trucks :p

Delivery driver today. Didn't see the truck so I don't know if it was UPS or Fedups, but homie dropped off one Scamazon package. Opened our screen door, and then tried to open our front door for about 30 seconds. Ended up leaving the package between the doors. Since when is that SOP for deliveries?

Home boy ain't in the city out in these parts. That's how you catch a cussing or worse....

    All I got to say.

Woulda been cool, if you were home, to get a gun in hand... and get nekid... then reach out and quietly unlock that door. I bet he'd not do that again.

The local delivery guys are pretty good about leaving packages inside the gate and wrapped in a plastic bag if theres a chance of rain.

Two questions. What color Loctite are we using on LBJ Bolts?

2nd question, what exactly am I supposed to be marking before removing these? Am I on the right track here?

I'll leave your loctite question for someone else. But yes, that marking is fine. As long as it's durable enough to be visible when you go back to adjust it next time. My marks must get ground off my sand or something.

I've been using medium strength HF personally, which is probably equivalent to Loctite blue and not "permanent".

And that's pretty similar to how I marked mine during replacement on each adjuster. Then took it in for an alignment a few days later.

Thanks. I've got medium strength Loctite on hand I'll use. Red container, blue liquid. Makes sense.

Going this route, do I even need to remove my tie rod from the lower ball joint? I assumed I would have to but now I'm thinking I can just lift the whole thing.

Well hot damn. That's good. Any reason why the ball joint isn't just lifting right out of the LCA hole? I'm hitting it with my purse. The castle nut is off.
