Noah, there is seriously NO magic to RV construction.
A couple things to know about new RV construction. Don't buy one built on Monday - the crew is still hung over. Don't buy one built on Friday - the guys all go home as soon as the last unit is "done". My buddy's new (11 month old) trailer has under warrantee had the roof removed & replaced, the front cap removed & rebuilt, the shorting out leveling jack replaced, the bathroom cabinet rehung after it fell off. These things are not well built & there is zero magic in the construction. ABSOLUTELY DIY.

If you want to move those wires, crawl under, make sure aint nothing in the way, you aren't violating structure & if both are no, then drill baby - DRILL.

It's a metal trailer frame. There is a wooden or aluminum box sitting on that. The box is wrapped in wood or possibly just aluminum or vinyl. Probably some foamboard insulation stuffed in the voids of the frame, then an inside skin of (probably) particle board. Then they attach sparkly stuff inside the box, lay vinyl or carpet & you've got the finished trailer.

Here - RV debuilding with Tundra content.

Oh I know what happens. It pulls hard enough in the dry when I tossed some slicks on that the front lifts enough to make steering more of a suggestion.

but today I had to scare my buddy into respecting ~300hp in a death trap

I’ve never got the chance, did some burn outs in a mustang and drove a corvette with my uncle but didn’t rip it. I’m in need one day

Anybody versed in drones at all?
I currently have an older DJI Mavic Air.
I just bought the DJI avata with goggles though cause I feel like flying around in a first person view would be more fun and I can video as well if I wanted. The avata is more for videoing than it is for free styling so I’m torn between selling it and buying a geprc mark 5 instead……

I’ve yet to actually fly the avata though

The rough 0-60 I go with the slicks and a draggy was 4.2 seconds.. and that’s with shitty gearing. This cars nice

    None.

Koyo. That and denso are the only two that had the correct thickness for the core iirc.

The LSD additive/friction modifier can be added as necessary to quiet the chatter.

I'd put 1/4 to 1/3 of a tube in through the vent hole (remove vent) and do figure eights in an empty lot for 15-20 minutes to mix it in. This helps get it between the friction plates. Drive for a few days and if not enough, add more.

lots going on in this picture. Love the artificial grass tailgate...
I believe that's the same table right?
Appears to be a lot of work with what looks like steering racks on the other tailgate and some diff work possibly?
Interesting electrical or is that a Fiber box?

That's from Panhandlemonium. Same table, but he added some wheels. Lots and lots of work done. That's the cable line with orange coax. No fiber in the trailerhood yet.

Did some more tinkering with more free shit that I forgot I had. Changed these round "button-head" style screws for these "flat-head" screws. Lil longer too. Love some deeper penetation. I ain't folding a fucking thing in half once I get up in it.

    20230215_083435.jpg

Doing that let me shift all my battery holders down because I had them spaced out due to the one button head down there holding my plywood up. It also let me replace all these finer thread screws with coarse thread screws. Mucho bettero grippo. Gorilla grip double decker pecker wrecker.
    20230215_083347.jpg

Used my big bear hand fingers as spacer gauges.

I've had these battery holders for at least two years, and this torch holders at least 1.5 years. Fucking finally mate!
    20230215_083948.jpg

Finishing touch for today. A single screw as a pocket scale hanger.
    20230215_084453.jpg
    20230215_084510.jpg

I made sure almost all of the screws were straight. Don't wanna be a heathen like @NUDRAT called it...

Anyways, taking suggestions on wiring management. I don't really have any good ideas except for stapling them to it with romex staples, but that seems kinda shitty after all this guudness...

@Tundra2 I think you should wire in a 220V outlet from that breaker panel over your bed and set up a MIG welding station. :D

I went off a recommendation on color that wasn’t as matched as I would have liked but too late at that point. I would go to your local dealer. Doesn’t really matter who as long as they do katzkins and ask for a sample swatch. I’d assume they have them there to look at.

Thanks for this input. I hadn't even thought about installing thru the vent. That would definitely save time. And I want to replace it anyway, confidence is low in how it's working based on how much it depressurized when I cracked the fill tube. I just didn't want to add too much slip sauce. At least I can be more metered using the vent than the fill hole. I'd like to add an ounce or two at a time until I get there.

I'll hafta see what the LAPS has for additives and run with that.

well getting frustrated, went to the hobby shop today at lunch to see if I could identify the mystery popping noise, it's intermittent, but seems to be more frequent when going into or coming out of a turn while going over a bump..... I also noticed that the CV axle boots are ripped (not a surprise they've been that way for a while) going to start searching for threads on those....I know its not LBJs as I torque striped them when I installed so I know those haven't moved. I did have someone recommend to tighten the lower control arm alignment adjustment points as he's experienced them vibrating loose after an alignment before and the noise could be the LCA sliding back and forth ever so slightly when coming to a sudden stop. Bout ready to run my head into a wall....or just wait until something really breaks and maybe it'll be easier to diagnose then

Aftermarket tie rod ends went bad in 3 months. Think they were Mevotech or some crap. Replaced with Moog and they are good. Sway bar end links were just the original ones and were shot. Replaced with some from RockAuto.
