I would gladly take a 4.0L 1uz-fe v8 for the bottom end strength and how much you can increase the hp.

WTAF? Bro. You can't just post an anal prolapse without explaining how it happened.

    Needs to be FFS-4069

Let me know when you want to change the spark plugs so I can laugh.

I shouldn’t joke though since I may end up in one of those gawd ugly beasts.

    here was my question:
Also any chance you guys can radius the shackle eyes to use with soft shackles?

    And this was his response:
That's really not how a soft shackle is designed to work. they are designed to be used around tubing, not something that can cut the shackle.

I didn’t ask any more questions after that…….

S'ok. I like the extra horsepower, tow capacity and payload for my grocery runs.

Me? Change spark plugs? Pfft. Listen here, peasant. The dealerships change spark plugs. I sip coffee and shitpost on Tundras in the waiting room.

Sounds like you won’t be keeping that thing past 100k miles. Either that or you don’t mind paying someone $400-$500 to change them.

If they're a pain in the ass to change, I don't mind paying for someone else to do them. If they're not a big deal, I'll change 'em myself.

I usually toss $100 per month for each vehicle into a side account which gets saved up for large or unexpected maintenence issues. It makes the big stuff not sting as much.

Another classic Supra bites the dust at the hands of a mechanic on a test drive.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/IdiotsInCa..._totals_a_supra_while_out_on_a_test/?sort=top

"Driver reportedly was ejected from the vehicle but somehow walked away unharmed apart from minor scrapes and bruises. Assuming he'll be sore for a few days and possibly be out of a job and some money... but the driver of the Supra did survive.

    Happened in Colorado yesterday.

Here is another photo of the car after the crash.

Edit: Shop is Bespoke Motorsports out of Englewood, Colorado. No statement yet.

Edit 2: The Drive Article from u/greenMintCow and u/ragingduck if you want to read more and see some more photos.

Yall think I'd ever get rid of Ironman? C'mon! This is my new(to me) work truck. I bitched about that POS van enough they took it back. It's really for the service techs anyways. They put me in a chevy with a topper for a week when our vehicle guy said we had a Tundra coming back. I said I'd do dirty things to him if he'd give it to me. It's filthy since the guy who had it didn't take care of it. It may be a 2nd gen, but it's gonna get some 1st gen love. And 2 10s in a box to form a flat platform for the rear.

Wheels gotta go too. It'd look 100x better just throwing some silver Rustoleum on the center. Or capping the center. My CL regularly has $100-300 5-spoke Tundra takeoffs.

I never noticed how retarded the rear door looks with that window having such a thick ass rear pillar. And all white, but thick ass black front door handle.

Rotated so the C+B that was drawn and attempted to be erased but still plainly shows is not in view. Classy.

I was flipping thru the Owner's Manual today to figure out how many bags of Amsoil to buy for my front & rear diffs and was surprised to see a couple of things for the '06. I guess I expected some differences between AC/RC and the DC trucks because of the axle housing width differences. I definitely expected capacity differences between LSD & non-LSD. But I was surprised to see differences between 4WD and 2WD trucks, I'd have assumed they'd use the same rear and internals. Did the later-model 4WD and 2WD trucks come with different gearing? 3/10 Q isn't a crazy volume difference or anything.

Guess I need to go dig up p/n for washers. Any got a preferred reco on GL-4/5 oil for the TC?
