Your lower looks smaller than mine. Maybe an optical illusion.

Look similar but could be an illusion. Your bushing looks a lot better than mine.

Where's your dust boot that comes with the 5100's? The FBG's do not have one in the images on their site.

That would be nice. I don't think I ever ran into anyone on this forum who runs these coilovers. Some Bilstein's look different, some come with boots and without. I'll just have to measure the bushing with a caliper and go from there.
I've been eye balling Toytec Boss 2.0 and Fox coil overs but I don't want to spend that kind of money right now. If I can savage these for any other year, that would be nice.

Okay, I gotta ask since a lot of you guys use Amazon among other vendors.

Is it normal to return an item via the UPS store and have no record of it leaving (no departure scan), only getting dropped off? Just returned a $400 fluke meter and I later find out packages go missing from this location.

Amazon gave me no other options to return.

I always do returns via UPS store. They say you don't need to use their packaging, just print the QR code and hand over. But I always re-box and tape it up in their packaging, and try to choose the option that lets you print a label for hand-off, and I always ask for a receipt from UPS store no matter which return option I choose..

My neighbor got screwed on the QR/dropoff recently. They even gave her a receipt. The package never made it back. Amazon refused to refund, even with proof of receipt. She told me the chat agent said "oh, that receipt isn't valid for return, it's just a gesture to make the customer feel comfortable" or something to that effect.

Amazon has always refunded me within 2 hours of dropoff and scan-in though.

Damn. All I got was the drop off receipt with the tracking number, weight and drop off date. Is that not valid? :(

Amazon insured me that if it was scanned, I was covered. They scanned the QR code and printed that receipt I described.

Basically, my local one gives the same. Then they have a huge 80-gallon clear garbage bag they put everything in, together, unsorted.

Chances are you'll be fine. I wouldn't sweat it. And one something like a $400 Fluke I'd assume they'll refund you on it given your receipt has weight etc on everything. I've dropped off dozens of packages at UPS store for AMZ returns and never had issues.

Funny, I've been looking at new meters, I'd love a Fluke 27 but will probably go 26 or 117 or something. I'm long overdue for something worthwhile.

I got the 179/eda2 kit but the case was downgraded (got c35 instead of c25 shown in display) and had defective stitching (coming apart). I plan to hold out for a 177 and just buy the leads and case I want.

Goal is to make the property look 1 family. Nothing yells multifamily more than a bunch of mailboxes out front.
(well except for a bunch of meters, but they're actually still inside the residence.)

WTF? Does no one else have a mother-in-law? Holy shit, I thought I explained it. MIL was obsessed, we didn't care. After weeks of hearing about it, she bought the thing and I hung it. My outgoing mail is in boxes that I take to UPS or somewhere. Son of a bitch!

Mail box looks good in person.
