    It's good
It would not be a random toss and it would not be at you. And, I don't really have the guts to buy one, so we're all safe for now :)

Post a picture please. I'm betting the fitting isn't tight enough of the threads are messed up. You can't slap something on to seal it though, you have to lube the threads so the tapered ends make proper contact.

If they're on biggurrl, I can have it delivered right to you. LMK.

That's grill's house. Very tiny garage that my truck probably wouldn't fit in. Here's Porkchop in there:

Yeah, but TCC is full of basic bitches who are always on their phone and crossing over the line. Very dangerous. White SUVs everywhere...

Or maybe someone, at some point, used the wrong threading, like NPT vs. NPS vs. NPTF vs BSP or whatever. I've seen weird stuff with bolts fine vs. coarse.

I've only ever seen one threading with pvc, but sch80 pipe is harder than regular 40 so sometimes the female threads get jacked up. Or He-man torque splits the female coupler. Its usually a nipple off the pump to a female/slip adapter. I hate working on pool equipment.

Ah, I missed this wasn't brass fittings. Ooops.

I've never lived in places with hot tubs. I've lived in houses with pools, and f'n hate them, but anything beyond keeping it clean I didn't mess with it.

Looping back on this, in case anyone is interested.

The 2" version of this Irwin 3-cutter bit only sticks out about 3.5" from the tip of the chuck, on-par with a hole saw of the same size.

Fully-loaded into a standard drill - not a right-angle drill - is 11-1/16" overall for me, I'm sure that varies +/- 2" depending on model and type of standard shape drill.

With the nice, long guide, I can reach 45° before the blade edges even think about engaging the wood. I did a quick test cut on a piece of scrap, clean cut at the edge.

Seems like this will work out nicely.

You know, you could very easily just notch out the plates. That is standard practice in residential construction. Especially it being a 2x6 wall. And zero obstructions. If it were a bearing wall it would have a blockline on top of the wall between the floor joists. Anyways, after you get your spaghetti ran thru there, you put a nail plate to bridge the notch and protect from incoming drywall screws. Plumbers will notch out almost the entire width of both plates of 2x4 walls to run drain and vent pipes. All day long. I know you’ve already got a hundred suggestions and your mind made up about making a perfect pretty hole, I’m just letting you know how the residential construction trades would handle that. :notsure:

Back in Kali. 100 degrees out and the water is refreshing. Summer is here baby!

I spent the last two nights in Vegas since there's a first for everything. Normally a night on the town isn't my thing but I would go to Vegas again.

Decided to go with DAP caulk around the garage trim after playing with Sika construction sealant and not feeling as confident with tooling it. Little bit of paint bled through the tape and maybe could have put more product on but anyway much better than before
    F62DBF2B-9178-48C3-93F6-872A389E1E2F.jpg
    Other side:
    7311FEF5-0CE8-4B7A-92C8-951B30507707.jpg
Then started seeing a need to caulk all sorts if things inside including the floorboards in the dining room that had urine stained carpet that I pulled and did a concrete stain. Not sure how I forgot to caulk there but that was the first and likely only concrete floor I did and will do. It was a dirty hard job.
Here is a pic of that floor. 24C31638-160C-4706-821A-A233400D3BF4.jpgKinda funky but I like it
