Double Cab Tundra "Ridgeline" drivers with 'oak' interior this is for you.

New in package floor mats for double cab, $130 shipped: https://www.ebay.com/itm/265636840934

Don't take my advice they'll fit. But know this is an option. Just popped up in my eBay feed today, just got home to post about it.

As for any baja kit, nope. These bikes are street legal from the factory- that's one reason I push KTM so hard. The bikes are geared for the street from the factory, so I switched the sprockets to to help in more technical stuff. The bike on the right had some emission stuff from the factory as well, but I had it removed. Bikes don't get smogged thankfully.

San G is a truck thing up in Big Bear in September, Ocotillo isn't part of it. I know Ocotillo like the back of my though. I've got some friends with property out there as well - I'd like to purchase out there eventually.

I am tired. Finally put in my puddle pods and did a rush job w SoundSkins. Also painted my center cap logos and speaker templates. Still going stock speakers but I ran marine grade wire through the boot.

    all on the Tacoma.

It’s pretty amazing how slow I am.

I don’t usually do stuff half assed. Except SoundSkins apparently.

Kimo and I drove out and back. 3am to 3pm. I kinda wanted to meet the guy. And I figured even with crazy gas prices it was about a wash on cost. I like long drives for some strange reason.

    Also, F FedEx!

Chandler felt like my peeps. He has a nice setup. I probably should have spent more time there but I had a few work calls to deal with.

He sent me this a few hours ago. While I was busy slicing my thumb on SoundSkins.

With all of the other differences in the cabs, I doubt it. I can tell you, when I shipped my two fronts to @5N0W808 shipping was just under $14. If you know the color matches and you think you can get at least $130+$14 from a DC owner here if they don't fit - I mean, they're NOS after all you may want to consider buying.

My guess is the fronts may possibly be "similar enough" but the rears will be different.

Yeah, on home prices, where I live is just crap. I wanted to do a local move to get more lot space, a 4th bedroom and maybe 3 car when kid 2 was born 4 years ago. I tracked a nearby development meticulously hoping it would be affordable but they all went for 2M and sold quickly. For 2M I’d want something else. You can get 4+ acres for that much cash, even here. But I mostly don’t want a big burden. My loan is 250k at 2.5%. That’s comfortable for us as a two income family. I’d love it to be even lower but the interest deduction helps taxes so it’s mostly a wash vs paying it off. That plus a low basis for property tax assessment keeps me stuck in this small house. It will likely be awesome later in life though and would be easy to rent.

So we are just sort of looking for stuff up next to her sister. My wife has never bought a house so a lot of this is getting a full dose of just how miserable it can be.

I’m no marriage counselor but one thing I’ve learned as a parent and husband is that things work best if the other person reaches their own conclusion without being told what to decide.

I’ve purchased 3 homes in my life and sold 2. None of that was particularly fun. I regret the first sale a bit though I wasn’t in a good financial position to hang on to it. But I should have. Also had an offer in on one I pulled out of and I regret not hanging on to that one too. But I also regret the second buy and was happy to finally exit that one.

Grand tally, two guy buys, one bad, one regrettable miss. Two decent sells for reasonable gains with one being a partial regret.

Summary, general rules of finance don’t always apply cleanly to real estate, especially for a primary residence. It’s not a pure investment so there are many ways to make mistakes. Purchase price alone (and the mortgage burden) are difficult to judge for the 30 year life of a loan as far as impact on stress and life decisions. Less stress is better but sometimes less house can be more stress, that’s where I am today.

    Getting caught up here.

It's a bubble, clearly. I say that, but with the fervor huge companies like Blackrock are snatching up property, high pricing may end up solidifying. Very similar is what led Switzerland getting to the point where it was nearly impossible to buy your own home a few decades back.

Yep! Same one!!! Mid pipes showed up as we were finishing but that will be another day! Sounded like nascar as usual for start up, dude was stoked.
They were just as much of a pain in the ass as my truck was. They called poppycock for motor mounts…….we loosened driver and unbolted passenger. Hahah it was sooo nice having multiple sets of hands, someone to hold the box end of the wratchet from underneath while someone worked it in the small throw from the top.

Dude I fought soooo hard doing it by myself, also it helped to have two different length 14mm box end ratchets. All the evap hosing crap on the driver side is enough to make a grown man cry!!! We also had very minimal battle damage, no REAL blood or busted knucks, it was a good day; and both of them can wrench so it went pretty smoothly. A few volcano breaks, some beer and sunflower breaks, and jumped in the pool after. I wanted to stay for bbq but they live far and it’s been a long enough weekend already
