Just need a shop that knows what their doing or will do "custom" specs. If you were in norcal I'd shoot you the info for the shop I'm at.

Easiest way off the top of my head is custom spacers/washers around the steering gear. It'll be inside the boot, between the inner tie rod and rack housing.

I know it's a long travel thing - but I remember the @Darkness wheel travel video and the flex he saw in his shock towers. I need more welding practice, really weld prep, so I ordered the TC tower Gussets and the optoffroad tower braces.

My guys will do custom specs, they just charge an extra $25 for it. I'm good with stock specs and +3 caster now. Any idea what to tell them after Solo?

It'll just be even more caster. Have them do -0.3 camber and about .15-.20 total toe in (.07-.10 per side).

Caster will probably be between 4-6 degrees now. Just have it even side to side (give or take a couple tenths).

That’s how it’s done. But sizing is to be determined. I’ll deal with it when I decide to do the arms

Kind of. T2S is “always” supposed to happen in April*, but each year it moves a couple weeks one way or the other. This is because, as a free-to-attendees event on forestry land, there’s a fair bit of juggling with the local government to avoid scheduling at the same dates as other events, to try not to push too many visitors into Sedona at once), plus accommodating premium sponsor vendors.

*Pandemic restrictions on gatherings shut it down in April for 2020 and 2021, so smaller events happened in October.

@Tundra2 T2S is week-long affair and there is a bit more variety in the trails. San G is a smaller three-day event in SoCal.

T2S is probably the one you'd want to make a trip out of, but if people want to travel to San G too that's actually pretty cool. Could easily make your own week long trip out of San G and see other sites out west.

Titanium fasteners are super light and wildly expensive. You have to be careful with the alloys as it can be brittle. This typically only becomes an issue in shear.
There was a time when titanium pedal spindles were all the rage in BMX. I saw what happened when one shattered when a dude cased some doubles. Not pretty.

I have a lathe. If you can get me some measurements and cover the materials & shipping, I'll cut em for you.

Paid closer attention to how latundra wants her (OD) button fiddled. Climbing hills i’ll hold 3rd until 55 or so, and drop to 4th while descending. On flatter bits, i let it grab OD closer to 50. Im 185 miles into this trip and still well over the halfway mark. Didnt air the tires up extra or anything. Running about 60 on backroads and between 70-80 on I10.

I will gladly cover materials and shipping x2 for parts I can use.

Yeah, Ti was all a joke, good way to spend more for shiny and less good. But oh, the rust prevention...
Side note, I've owned a few Ti bikes, they were sweet, never owned a stainless steel one but have contemplated it for a while. More expensive than Ti due to tubing choices. Still would be fun to have something unique.

Porkchop sounds better now. I dropped him off at the trans shop so they can change his trans juice. Ford decided not to put a drain plug on the MTX IV and made it run on ATF. Because reasons.

So I want a Diamondback Cover and the intended Front Runner racks. I only need the back third of my cover to open, racks on the forward 2/3rds.
Those covers are a shit ton $$$. Investigating cutting my fiberglass tonneau and hard mounting the forward 2/3rds, adding a hinge and some water diverting at the hinge. Relocate the gas shocks. Too early to tell if this is the dumbest thing ever or something else.
