Yup the floor has 3 sections, 2 of which are removable. Pretty easy to pull myself up

I’ll take a pic tomorrow if you want

:notsure: Notta clue, my princess stays at home

That being said it looks like most people with GFCs lift them up through the bed or have them sleep in the bed section on a pad

Is this an add on or do you have the source of where this can be bought?

Gonna assume this black older Century cap is for an AC, for $200 having bad paint and bad shocks, it looks crack-free. Probably help, si se habla espanol.

Any idea what they're called or where available? I don't know that I'd get them if too pricey but who knows.

I think id be disappointed if i bit that bullet, but my cap is pretty tall. Probably worth it if you had a cab height cap.

I'd rather just use that coin to put together something like @oscardog86 built. His setup is really damn nice. Or even better what @JakeJake built.

I'm purchasing a 2006 SR5 this week with a https://www.topperezlift.com/ on it - honestly looking to sell it (lift and ARE topper) as I just want a roll cover instead. In MN, locally installed by the company. (not a for-sale ad - more for awareness. when I'm selling it I'll post a listing)

The ezlift is a cool concept, especially if you want to maintain any kind of low profile. Im not exactly flying under the radar lately.

Looking forward to building the side boxes and adding a cabover soon. I'd like to spend around 1/2 of next year away from the home base.

@CORNELIUSGUN make sure you know what you're buying, and don't get fucked like others have: https://www.tundras.com/threads/so-you-wanna-buy-just-bought-a-1st-gen-tundra-eh.115928/

In case you haven't seen that, before money changes hands, look CAREFULLY at the problems these trucks have, in case you're not painfully aware already. I don't want your 1st thread here to be, "Ah shit, I got screwed!" Specifically, you're in MN, and frame rot is RAMPANT on these trucks. Lots of people try to cover it up. One guy on here recently found they basically filled his with spray foam and bondo, then painted to match the rest of the frame nicely.

Oh, and forum rules say 'No selling outside the marketplace...', you may want to edit your post.

    Noted, updated :)

I've done quite a bit of research on these (hopefully it's enough!). Seller seems like a guy who has taken care of his stuff. Honestly, probably the cleanest one I've seen around here as rust goes. Lots of mechanical records to go along w/it which is nice to know.

Neither show the most popular places the frames crack in half and/or delaminate, unfortunately. It doesn't look horrible from that view, but 2006 wasn't eligible for frame recall so if it's bad you're SOL. Maybe it's just an out-of-state vehicle that migrated up, or nobody drove in winter!

Anyway, welcome to the forum, and good luck! I think the list of spots to really check anally is in that thread I linked. Like, the upturn of frame just under the brake MC (behind the splash guard_, inner-framerail stiffeners under the back half of the cab, X-member above spare tire, leaf spring and shock hangers. Bring a ball peen hammer!

Been searching about a year now, and can’t manage to find a topper for my ‘05 dbl cab. Found a few AC tops but that overhang really erks me haha. I came across a listing for a canopy/topper for a 2019 GMC Canyon with dimensions 77”x66”.. anybody tried one of these on a FGT? Those measurements seem pretty dang close.
Ps. I’m in Saskatchewan, Canada if anybody has one for sale. After a bear mangled my tent mid elk hunt, I’m more motivated to get a topper lol.

Good thing you weren’t in it at the time, eh? Geezus. Even if you think you’ve got the firepower to put one down, nobody wants to find out like that. Unarmed and you might just be lunch.
