Damn. I wish this wasn't 5 hours away in Boone NC, or I'd go get it. $250 for Leer 100R that'll fit an AC and in 056 Natural white, it appears. Says '2002 Tundra' on the keyring. Basically the camper shell I already have, but actually paint matched. I've been waiting for one to pop up locally.

Yes, and currently SAHD dealing with a teen + tween while my 'better ¾' goes to work M-F, travels for work every other week. Spoiler alert: 10hr round trip doesn't jibe with that

Long and short, I have 6 hours to kill from dropoff to pickup every day, then after school activities start. Running to the gym, piano, soccer, etc. FML, I just admitted it: I'm a soccer dad in a Tundra.

We waited far too long to have kids. I'll be geriatric by the time we get them outta the house

Nope, not gonna find my ass in the inferior double cab any time soon. Besides, it's impossible to find shells for them. I'd hafta go steal @FirstGenVol's or something.

I drove 10 hours each way last summer for some sliders and a bumper with a winch. I think I saved $500 total on parts after I spent gas. If you count my hours spent driving I actually lost money. :anonymous:

Sometimes I refuse to use logic though...

Amen brother, Took me about 5 months to track one down for the double cab, and I was able to vulture the topper off a truck that listed for sale. Got lucky and it just so happened to be paint matched. Ill still have to repaint the top tho...

That's how I scored mine too! Poached off a truck I probably should've bought. But sadly, Thunder Grey. Which strangely matches the door trim on my Limited, but I'd still prefer an all-white truck.

This summer I drove to Midland texas and back to grab the sliders and winch bumper. That was the last pic I had of the sliders. I had it hoisted on a friends lift to do the brakes. Haven't installed the bumper yet though. :anonymous:

Will do it this summer though and throw in a heavier spring to compensate for the added weight of the winch and bumper.

Probably will need one for my AC soon. Considered making one myself using 2x4 and others. That said, I am unsure how safe will that be so I am a bit hesitant.
Philly suburb so I will still look for one in decent shape and price.

I'm curious if that's something Snugtop sells as an accessory, or if the owner converted the compartment doors you find on some shells, to add a window?

Here you go: Looks like you may be driving a bit. The one for $480 in Bethpage NY looks solid.

This one, it's a Leer 100R in black for an AC, great shell, very good price if racks are included:

Here's a black ARE cap specifically for extended cab, north of Atlanta, with serial plate intact confirming it was built for a 2003 AC. But $700.

Actually @The Black Mamba here's a non-discontinued Leer 100R, same color, north of Gainesville FL that only needs a piece of glass on the front slider (which is actually pretty cheap, seller isn't lying) for only $400, makes the one in Louisiana look like a bullshit price.

Yeah, what's the term... pre-christianity religion him down? It's the windoors that are worth something. You know I paid $250 for mine and I thought I stole it.

You did steal it, my man!

Speaking of when things started, I saw this cool article about a recent find on Christianity earlier in the week. The article I just linked is more recent and a brief summary but this gets more-indepth about the significance, how they processed it etc. Pretty awesome stuff! Can't remember if they mention how crazy it was at that time to carry anything related to Christianity, I believe at the time, Romans were cracking down on anyone practicing? Or was it the Greeks? Maybe the article says (not re-reading it)
