I know this is a couple of months old, but if you can make the drive, Village Toyota in Homosassa is amazing, and I agree Wesley Chapel Toyota is bad. I just bought my 2022 Tundra and my wife's 2022 4Runner from them. Their service department is great as well.

Yea it’s a technical assistance case. Kind of their version of an internal HelpDesk ticket.

I will give that a shot. I actually have property up in Homosassa.

Not having the best luck with Toyota of Tampa Bay either sadly.

Update: Two weeks ago (at the 2ish month mark) I got a new screen put in. When the service manager called to tell me it was done, he gave me a fair warning that the new screen was actually worse than the old one. That it had even more dark spots and in different locations, but that they couldn't put the old one back in because of some sort of "syncing issue"... They stated they had already called the Toyota rep and were going to order another.

The next day, the new radio starting giving issues with Carplay. The radio would skip a song 4-5 times before freezing completely and rebooting. I cycled the truck on and off multiple times, phone on and off, reset radio to factory default multiple times, etc. Nothing worked.

Called the dealership back (a saturday at this point) and they said the manager would call Monday. Got a call Tuesday that a new radio was being overnighted and I would get a call Wednesday. It's been a week now, and they have no idea when the new radio will arrive.

Told the dealership manager that when the new one comes in and inevitably has the same issue, I'm going to move forward with Lemon Law and they can have it back. He actually went into detail on how we would proceed with that if it happened, which surprised me. Just sucks, because I already unloaded my factory wheels, and they surely wont reimburse me for aftermarket upgrades I've gotten so far to the tune of $5k+...
