It is literally in the title when you go on our site that 18 and 19 has 1 wire that needs to be cut . Not something you have to read into at all. And that has been in the title since we started doing 18 and 19s. I can not stand for anyone to feel like they were deceived in any way and is exactly why I have it in the first description before you ever even click on to buy

if you have an 18 make sure the blue light is lighting up every time you press the lock button

 

How fast are you pressing lock?

 

If you think it is NOT deceptive then answer one question with a one word answer, No qualifiers. "Is this product plug and play on a 2018 or 2019 Tundra?" Again I didn't say you were being intentionally deceptive but the name of the product is a PNP harness for God's sake.

And any one that thinks I am whining can kiss my ass in advance. Just asking him to rectify his site.

Words mean things. Or at least they used to.

I'm sorry. I don't read in detail. I see PNP harness I click, I buy, I expect PNP harness.

 

If you've ever tried to install another remote start unit this is basically plug and play compared to those. It can't get any easier.

Wow! If you are not the official site recruiter or in charge of marketing you should be! WTF the site have to do with the issue at hand? Where did I say I am not happy with the site?

I can tell he is a hell of a guy. I have not disputed that. I think it is great to be active like he is. It differentiates him from most vendors out there. But it still doesn't make it a PNP harness for a 2018 or 2019. He could have parted the Red Sea, it STILL doesn't make it a PNP harness for 2018 and 2019.

I made a simple suggestion that he clarify that better. It wasn't ill intended or nasty or mean, and I get called a whiner. Told to carry my ass by a mod.

And no one will still answer the question in one word, without qualifiers, if it is indeed a plug and play harness for a 2018 or 2019 Tundra. That is what PNP means in the product name on his site. I guess it takes a little intellectual honesty.

I have detracted from this thread enough asking a simple question. I'll let you guys get back to whatever you were doing.

ok so lets make a few things clear. I HATE THE WORD PLUG N PLAY . There are audio systems that claim they are plug n play and that leads people like this gentlemen to think they are 100 percent plug n play . The term is so loosely used . Now I do have it in the freaking title that its 1 wire in 18 19 . in 2010 to 2017 g key its plug program and play . Hell i almost bought a damn rc car trailer tire rack for my full size trailer. And thats no joke i was 2 seconds from submitting payment when thought I 22 dollars would not even cover the metal. It is this simple really. I was as clear as I could be with the title . If this guy wants a refund I am more than happy to give him one as I do not want anyone feeling they were tricked . EVER no matter who is at fault. END OF STORY> Thanks

 

and 12voltsolutions is a great company with one hell of a nice guy that own the company . he had something no one else had when he first came out with it and still does as far as the 18 and 19 as his is 100 percent plug n play . But you will pay a premium price for that as no one else has it. My main focus is Audio. and always has been. But I jhave been installing remote starts for 26 years so why not offer them , You know and we have perfected them as long as fortin doesn't screw up the software

 

Installed mine yesterday and was a smooth install and I had to splice the key sense wire but damn was it easy! Thank you @james@tech12volts and @T-Rex266 for setting this up. Lifetime customer here for the top notch customer service throughout the entire process.

 

James sent me the replacement module for the 2019 post-start locking issue. I just installed the new module by connecting to existing harnesses, reprogrammed it, and bam...It now locks the truck after starting so everything works.
