    My issue:
    1. 2006 Sequoia where the cig lighter outlet works, but the other power outlets don't.
    2. The fuses are not blown (as far as I have found..."Power Outlet"...I've checked every fuse in the kick panel and under the hood..none found blown.)
    3. I've checked the ACC relay on the back of the fuse panel...swapped it with the relay for the backup lights...the back up lights worked with both relays...the power outlets didn't work with either.
    4. The "Power Outlet" fuse in the kick panel does NOT have 12V to it.
    5. The issue of no voltage to the power outlets was true when we bought the Sequoia a couple of years ago...I'm just trying to fix it now.

I am at such a loss right now, if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it!

The outlets won't have power unless ACC is on.
No power to the fuse rules out a ground issue, they seem to have separate grounds except for the front.
Power goes from the battery, to the 120 amp fuse, to the ACC relay, to the PWR outlet fuse.
No power to the fuse is odd, did you have power in the #3 pin of the ACC relay?
It should be hot at all times.

Maybe try bypassing the relay and see if the outlet fuse has power.
If the radio works the relay should be getting power to turn on.

The diagrams below give you all the pins and connectors if you want to try to track it down.
Sorry, I'm not much help, probably not telling you anything you don't already know.
    Good luck..
