'08 4.7 smog pump location???

code reader tells me L bank smog pump is shut...Toyota shows me 2 are on my truck L & R...You tube videos(not 2008 but earlier 4.7) show only ONE ...and its under the intake manifold..believe R bank pump is up under R wheel well.....well the L doesnt appear to exist!! Of course thats the one putting me in limp mode! any body done this before?? Toyota CANNOT tell me where it is.....parts blowup shows a bracket similar the one that holds the R one to the wheelwell. thanks in advance!

 

Any Videos or tutorials on this....YouTube is really no help only showing earlier 4.7 pump( single unit) replacements

 

I don’t know the location of the pump on your model but you might look at doing the bypass. I think it would be cheaper and eliminate future problems with the system.

Here is the component location from the 2009 Service Manual for a 4.7. Bank 1 is under the intake.
