Can you tell a difference now that you’ve cleared your brakes in how the truck feels when driving?

Maybe a takeaway lesson here in hitting a wash bay, or using a pressure washer on the wheels and brakes after significant off road use?

If you can tell it’s coasting more freely, and one brake pad was totally trashed that explains the problem.

I can feel when hand brakes are applied to a few empty coal hoppers on a train and it doesn’t roll out like I expect. That might encompass a bit more than 1% of the brakes on the entire train, and I’m putting 12,000-16,000 some odd horsepower to them.

You had 25% of your brakes sticking, and that is going to burn a lot of energy to turn.

Curious as to where you get the number for multiplying the tire correction ?

Just for the record, I have a 2023 SR with under 250 miles, drove about 160 miles on the highway (mostly flat) at around 80-85 mph, no A/C on, and displayed 20 mpg. After about 25 city miles, now displaying 19.8, four adults in the truck.
