    I was just being a smart ass and rolling off what @RowdyRon and @WarEagleSteve were saying. However, I cant pass up this opportunity to let my inner keyboard warrior come out, so. . .

    The ACC's first academic year was 1953, therefore I will just count the National Championships won since 1953. 5. The ACC has 5. The SEC has officially claimed 25. Also, in the AP top 25 ranking there are 6 SEC teams and 4 ACC teams. Of course Alabama has dominated most of our national championships, but no one likes them.

    I guess facts are facts. I'm just proud of my boys for making it to the National Championship and playing their hearts out.

    Anyways, this year is a whole new year and I'm predicting the ACC to be playing for another championship.
