Can anyone shed light on lift options and kits completed on 2019's. I've called both BDS and Pro-Comp, both stated they have yet to assess the 2019's to match up a lift kit. What is everyone else doing for their 2019.

    Thanks

It's the same as the previous year, and the year before that......... The only difference, where one might encounter an issue, is with the TSS. However, lots of trucks with TSS have been successfully lifted.

I've done a couple 19's on the Pro Comp kits at the Nashville store. TSS doesn't take a hit. It does when you change the bumpers if you have BSM. But places like Fab Fours make positioning kits to get them back in spec. Look on you vin and see what the MFG date is and get back with me, I know some peeps at Pro Comp and Fabtech

Interesting. I was only aware of ICI Magnum making a BSM compatible rear bumper

I usually get to spend some good time with them at the off-road expo shows and truck fest venues. The problem is the positioning of how the sensor on the rear is mounted and the angle that its needs to read approaching objects. They got it figured out on the front but they're looking to see if they can make changes to the design of the rear to accommodate the sensor boxes.

The TSS has to be recalibrated if you lift or it will be off. Toyota says no lift, so if you go it on your own and have TSS problems it may be out of pocket.
There is no TSS sensor in the front bumper, the BSM/RCTA(not part of the TSS system) in the rear bumper has been the same since 2014. The positioning is easy, it is incorporating a big plastic panel in front of it that presents a design challenge, hence the ugly ICI BSM/RCTA bumper.

I don't think I said there was a TSS sensor in the front bumper. However sometimes because of the style and make of the aftermarket front bumper especially those with pre-runner bar options they get in the way of the TSS sensor. As for the rear box BSM module, with these aftermarket rear bumpers you have to modify the end caps which will give you the space to use the BSM's. Last one I was able to do it on was a Go Rhino BR20 which we had to cut the plates out and fabricate it in.

    Nevertheless good info @Vizsla
