Front Sway Bar bracket bolt nutplate broke inside frame

    Front Sway Bar bracket bolt nut-plate broke inside frame leaving the bolt free spinning to nut plate - can not be removed as is. I guess the bolt rusted on the exposed end in the frame and froze to the nut-plate. With enough torque the nut-plate came loose. Toyota dealer says he has no parts for 'inside' the frame. He said it was probably spot welded to the frame. (No help even when asked for a factory contact.)

    Help a new guy out - this started with a frozen alternator that melted the serpentine belt. My perfect 2011 Tundra 4x4 just hit its first major problem at 130K...
