I’m about 75% sure you can do it with the bully dog programmer. I just never messed with the settings on mine.

Well, it appears this is a no-go.

I just went out and tried it and, while the option is there, under special functions, if you set it and restart the truck, you have to set it again. Pretty useless option I think.

I think someone wired a 3 second timer to give it 5v to the off switch at start up.

According to Bully Dogs website you can disable TC, and it will stay off even if the truck is turned off

The problem with that section is that is a generic list of “possible functions”. I think at the end of that is the list supported by manufacturer. I couldn’t remember if it applied to our trucks or not.

Oddly enough my manual was open to that page on my iPhone. I was going to try it some day but never got around to it.

    None, yet....
Are you good with electronics? Use an arduino and program it to do what the button does on start up. It’s not too difficult.

I HIGHLY suggest you don’t do it, since it’s there for about a purpose. Just don’t kill anyone though...

    Not on my 2010.

If I shut down it resets back to the default mode, at least according to the lights on the dash and the BD tuner screen.

A lot of people want to be able to toggle the nannies on & off at their discretion. And for good reason. Under certain conditions these features will cause you to wreck. So I'm surprised no one focuses on the real problem: the government policy dictating how the manufacturers must install and program the "safety features"

I would love to find a way to disable these nannies also for my 14 cm, my bully dog won't keep it off either. If only someone could make the Andy mod 2.0 would work for tundras.

This does it automatically for you when you start the truck and then you just hit the button once and bam your Nannies are back on. www.harmoncustoms.com
