Haven’t done anything to it today, but this just came in! David over at CoachBuilder really hooked it up...the Swedish fish solidified my happiness with receiving the package.

The motion is very responsive, and handy, especially when you have your hands full. I did replace the batteries already though (and I still have not on the manual set), which leads me to believe it probably kicks on unnecessarily. I replaced those batteries maybe a month ago and I installed the set in June. Still not bad. For the price, I’d buy both the manual and motion again.

Ugh I can't want for spring time already. We got 6 inches of snow and ice last night. I still have more fall cleanup to do in the yard and need to get a coat of hydro2 on before it really starts snowing.

Thank you:cheers: Well I saw it here early in the week on Rtrott01's thread and I knew I wanted to try it and I'm impatient so I hunted down something locally and actually worked out well. I wanted 3D because I did not want it to be glossy . It looks better than I expected and wasn't that hard to work with either . Advance Auto carries and it looks like they have it in most stores in stock.

Installed spare tire lock and hit the cranking mechanism & chain with some white lithium grease while I was under the bed. The "lock" and key is about $35.00 on eBay. If you're looking for a cheaper method I noted there is eyelet on the chain bracket that goes through the spare, this would facilitate a pad lock.

You can also see the neoprene strip I put on the bulkhead by the window. Works like a gasket and gives it a nice seal. The weather stripping they provided was a little to thick.
