Looking good! What's that on rear mudflap? Also get you a backlit LED Toyota logo from @Sting Ray

That was the a dealer decal that says "Made here, Stays Here" on a Texas Flag background, originally on rear window, but I removed and placed it on mud flap, and now mud flap has been deleted because the flare won't fit properly with mud flaps.

My CArbon Fiber Vinyl wrap arrived today, I decided to wrap the removed TUNDRA badge, I think it is so hard to make that vinyl to turn around that many tiny areas, I didn't like the way it turns IMO, but again, this was just an experiment with the vinyl, It was also the first time I do this, and the badge was a bit to challenging for a first timer, I plan to wrap the Tow mirrors on this when I get them, and also the bottom plastic part of my front bumper (where license plate holder goes), and some of the aluminum looking plastic trim in the interior of the truck, I will post pictures of that when it's done.

here is my first ever wrap, please don't judge me ;)

did my back seat storage trim installation with a little twist.

First I made bigger cuts on the cardboard at the metal brackets area, so they cardboard template sits completely on the carpet and I could mark it better.

    IMG_0401_27e757a33dcb4b9207d3e850aa7e7eb7e1b2d72c.jpg

I peeled off the backing on the carpet I cut and throw it in the holes, for an extra insulation.
Cut my Husky mat around the holes 1" smaller than hole (see original hole size on cardboard), then use heat gun to molded it into the holes, for a snug fit.

    IMG_0406_32d4bf3df3a300b8a019851abe49b98157355eee.jpg
    IMG_0455_47932eda4ceeb3fa5563dab725ef829cf3bb9e5c.jpg

install the storage trim in place, cut the carpet pieces in to (2) 9.5" x 9.25" and (1) 9.5" x 13.25", also cut about 3/8" diagonally in each corner, this created a "factory fit".

Truck looks great. From the wrap to the seats that's some great work.
Do you think its possibly to scrap the interior door handles? And possibly to wrap them without removing them?

installed the ebay APS grillez yesterday, I like the look of them, but not really liking the fact that I can see everything thru the Grilles (radiator, horns, harnesess, hoses, etc)
Any sugestions to camo that? Maybe a mesh or similar

Pudge, I just finished the interior/exterior handles wrap, unfortunately for me, I had to removed them, so there is a little extra work in that, but nothing to worry about.

Very nicely done. Looks clean. I'll have to do mine some day, I have never done a wrap. I really just wanna do interior door handles for now. I may have to give it a try. Thanks man

Wrapping itself is a little-to-medium skill required trade, I never done it before either, so I learned on my truck, there are particular turns and corners that are very hard to expand the vinyl to achieve a "NO wrinkles or stretch marks" but once you get familiarized with the vinyl and the way it soften and stretches/shrinks you are King, don't get dissapoined if you scrap the first 2-3 tries, I have to redo a few pieces because I didn't like them when I was done so I redo-em again. The Mirrors are very challenging, to the point that Have only done one so far. Areas where you have to stop the wrap at dead-ends are particularly hard, also round objects (Mirrors, handles, shift nobs). I personally watched a few videos on youtube to get introduced to this the first days, after that it kind of comes natural, hehe!

Material is not too expensive IMO, I paid like $100 for a roll 12' x 5', you can easily wrap a lot of small things with that amount, or half of your truck front to back.

It's Overall very fun and satisfying once a piece is done and you actually pass your own QC bench marks.
