BUH HAHAHAHAH, Magic! Kidding, ther are small plastic welds (black) on the back side of it, I sheared off with sharp chisel, with some slight pressure you can push out, then used a 5 min black epoxy to glue back

Installed my rear sway bar before work yesterday. And my Great Dane puppy was excited about it.

Only the sport comes with one already. I have the front and rear sway bars put in my deal. The rear wasn't there but there is one in the front. I asked for both so they would match but have researched it and the front stock one weighs about half of the TRD. Reviews have said replacing the front one tightened up the ride and they all like it better.

It is supposed to help glue the truck to the road around corners. Helps to reduce body roll. I have a Sport that comes with it, so I don't know what it feels like without it (I guess like any other bouncy truck compared to my SUV-like ride), but a lot of reviews here on the site have said that it is a great improvement to standard handling.

I did notice a difference after installing it. I have not put the front on yet.
