I was test driving a 2017 TRD PRO doublecab and noticed that when I went over speed bumps the front of the truck was bouncing a little, like an old vehicle with worn out suspension but not as bad. Is this normal?

Yes, mine gives a bit after a road bump.

Mine does fine over speed bumps. My understanding is that the initial part of a TRD Pro suspension is that it starts soft and becomes harder as the suspension is compressed.
