Get me a bubblegum wrapper and a block of wood.

That just to keep me entertained while it continues to bury its self.

    What would I do?

Unhook truck, find dry land to anchor down.

Get rope, tie-down, twisted blankets, anything..... to tie me and trailer together to prevent surge pull.

If that won’t work, by another trailer / sleep in motels.

They be fooked. Triple axle trailer buried to the frame, tide coming in, lol. Disconnect, find liqueur store, down something very expensive, get rip roaring drunk, have a huge bonfire (aka triple axle toy hauler), and remember to have someone at the camper at all times on the beach (with the damn truck keys).

I used to be at Pismo Beach around 2 weekends a month. There's some crazy mo-fo’s Towing on the beach.

One year in Moab we had severe flooding. Downtown was getting cleared out with front end loaders (mud). We left in a hurry. When navigating my tow rig/ship, we could see water coming over the deck of my trailer.
This was the truck and trailer.

Getting the trailer out of the surf (or not) would depend on how close you are to a good equipment rental yard and how fast the tide is coming in.
If you have an hour or so, go get this:
    8B8DAC83-C48D-498F-8E25-A94CAABDEAA2.jpg
Pick up 8 big semi tire inner-tubes and a compressor with lots of hose. Slip the tubes under the trailer and air em up as you start pulling with the cat. I’d offer a $100.00 bill ea to several bystanders with a promise of an additional $100 if the effort is successful. Move fast, don’t waste any time explaining the plan or arguing.

I have pulled out stuff stuck like this, obviously nothing this big or heavy, but the suction is what screws you. I pulled out a FJ with a 9k winch on my 1st Gen Tundra that his buddy broke his 10k winch attempting to previously pull him out. The guy laughed at me when he saw me with a 9k winch. I asked him, "did you just hit the winch in button and stay on it?" to which he replied "well yeah, thats how you winch someone out"... WRONG... you winch a foot or so, load the winch down, then stop and let it sit. Sometimes you will even see the suspension slowly raise up on the recovery vehicle. This sometimes takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Then you real in some more and load it down again, then stop and wait. You are allowing the suction to slowly give. You can also take a hollow metal tubes, and hammer them at a 45 degree angle below the tires... this will help vent the suction off to some degree as well. With a snatch block, some patience, and a anchor point or a few trucks tied off togeher, it could be pulled out.
