Hey all , I’m looking for a bit of advice here. I am pre wired for fog lights but not installed. Does anyone have any experience installing them or any advice on a kit? I’ve seen the YT tutorial videos but wanted some more info. Also what would be best as far as factory or aftermarket.

I have the openings and I have open slots for a rocker switch. I’ve seen aftermarket kits with the switch included.

I think Baja Designs are the best in the wide driving option for fogs but they're not cheap. Morimoto's are pretty good too IMO

what color do you need? white or yellow fog light?

some said that white has higher pentration power while other said yellow. some times we will need up to 100 to 200 watt lamps depending on the size of machine and severity of the fog

I’m actually thinking of going to white leds and not to far in the future go all leds on the exterior.

I’m working on somewhat the same project and came across a 4 channel remote controlled switch that allows up to 20 amps total. This will allow me to run a winch, fog lights X4, and two led spotlights all without running wiring or switches in the cab.
