Toyo at2 extreme pricing??? Sound fair?

I talked with my local discount tire just now about toyo open country at2 extreme in a 295/70r18. They said with the presidents day sale they would be $295 a tire. Basically $1399 installed and then I would receive a $75 rebate. It sounds like a pretty reasonable deal to me what do you all say? Have you found them cheaper anywhere else ???

 

Nope, TOYO tires are bomber and you get what you pay for, in my opinion

 

I've always thought they were a good tire I have had the MTs before and liked them but just don't need that aggressive of a tire. You like your CTs right?

 

I love them. They look cool as shit. They climb steep pitches, ledges, gravel, and they are snowflake rated. I might have gone R/T if I wasn’t going to be driving in a ton of snow, but the C/T was designed to compete with the Wrangler Duratracs in the winter but still hold the TOYO styling

 

Seems like a decent price, I have bought a couple sets from http://www.tiresdirect.net they are usually pretty cheap for Toyos, but then you have to have someone mount and balance them.

 

Well I bit the bullet tires are ordered.

 

My tire shop tried to get me to order these instead of the Nittos. Said they could get down to $300 and didn’t have much room on the grapplers. I think you did well

Toyo is good to go. I really like the brand. You don't find them on sale very often though.

looks good. I just ordered mine. Will have my local shop install them when they come in. They charge around $20 per tire for mount/balance.
