First mod / addition to my new 2017 CM. Wanting to add some of the OEM style step assist / running boards.

*Question - can anyone confirm if the OEM boards in the pics below mount up directly to the undercarriage using the holes / bolts in the attached pics? Seems like (from the pics I've found online and attempting to match up the exploded view parts list) that they do but I'd like to confirm as I don't want to have to drill anything if it's not necessary to mount them.

    Thanks!

Yes those are the mounting points for the running boards. I had started out with a pair of Westin side steps and then replaced them with a take off set of the oem running boards you are looking at and both sets used these mounting points

Awesome. Thanks man. Did your Westin's use the front inner bolt? My truck purchased with no boards on them from the factory is missing that front inner bolt on both sides.

@PermaFrost and @thomasbus337 do you have the part number for the complete set of OEM style running boards? I saw your photo with the part number for the Cover but didn't see anything for the full set. Thanks in advance.

@757TUNDRA - I could be wrong but I don't think there is a part number for the whole set of parts needed to create the full OEM running board. I believe there are only numbers for the individual parts shown in the exploded view. If there is one number that encompasses all the parts I haven't been able to find it or heard of it referenced in this forum. @Roman - can you confirm? Thanks! :)

That is correct. Since they're not sold as an accessory, they do not come in a comprehensive kit with one part number. Everything is sold individually.

Thanks. That's what I suspected but thought I would ask since I've seen a lot of new '18s with these.

Does anyone have the PN or the size of the missing bolts at the front most mounting location?
