    She was cited for careless driving. Officer said that she told him brakes were not working but the skid marks told a different story. Officer said 80 feet but he must have been exaggerating.

    I need a little help :confused:

    I'm looking at the below 2010 Tundra w/ 5.7l V8 and 85k miles

    The carfax is attached which has a gap from 2012 and 2017. The current owner says he just paid it off the other day and received the title which shows 11/13/2017. Haven't seen too many with a gap over 6 months. I'm not exactly sure when he purchased the vehicle from the original owner. Maybe I'm missing it?

    I also punched in the VIN on My Toyota Owners and found a report from back in 2011 at 25k miles and they found the AIP faulty but was never replaced. With that being said, how do I determine it was replaced? I know the 2007-2010 is covered up to 10 years and 150k miles. Not sure if there is a tell-tale way to see if a bypass was used.

    Because she didn’t say she was tail-gating (following too closely) and there doesn’t appear to be any witness statements that would support that.
    Her saying her brakes didn’t work (bs) bats her up for careless as it wasn’t reckless driving
