Took the pups to the creek. Pretty dry, but they had a good time.

 

That hood...... damn it looks so good

 

Love it! Truck looks sharp and the pups look happy.

Ive never noticed the headlights. Those look sick! Custom built?

You throw them in an oven to remove the lens or use a heat gun?

 

I use an oven. I sit the lights on top of a couple of 2x4s.

 

As low heat as possible I assume and check periodically to see if its losening up?

 

Yep, 200° and I check at about 8 minutes, sometimes needs a couple minutes more if the light cools off as you’re removing the lens.

You can do it dude! Grab a cheap fender at the junkyard to practice on.

 

And get the thaught out of your head that your going to mess up because your GOING to mess up 10,15,20 times but if you keep practicing, have patience you will get a hang of it.

Damn, me too. I get anxious and I’ll screw up something minor that turns into a larger mistake. I have a ton of patience. But it runs out at the worst time.
