I like the ODB constant power choice. How are you powering the ear camera?

 

Nothing crazy. Drained the factory fill diff fluid 16500 miles. In Amsoil Severe Gear 75W90.

 

Installed manual bed step from Temu ($55). Identical to the Amazon one but cheaper, I figured for the price why not? Looks and works great. I added two washers to each stud attaching the step to help lower it a little bit below the bumper so I it doesn't hit the bumper on the bounce up. Worked well.

 

New rear bumper from Backwoods Adventure Mods. its a direct replacement so no cutting required.

 

Nice, but why so soon?

I'm eyeing this one as well, as no cutting of the factory tow hitch mounts like some of the others. How was the install @Mowantstogo?

OEM glass? Which company did you go with? thanks

 

I had my dealer order new oem glass and had their local glass co install and when done the dealer recalibrates camera. Total job was like 1400 if remember correctly and was 100% covered no deductible from full coverage AAA insurance. Was first claim under this company since switching from Wawanesa in 2017. AAA and sister company Travelers are great on covering glass without penalty ... that's what my agent said, and so far been correct.

 

Dropped mine off at body shop to get the rear end damage taken care of. While there, they'll have a PDR guy come out and fix the 2 dents this thing has for $175 and a windshield guy to fix a chip. Might be 3.5yrs old but I like my stuff to look new.

 

Yes, OEM glass - $800 plus labor and calibration. Was $1275.00. Locally-owned glass shop.

 

Found a nice deal on a smartcap off marketplace.

 

Replaced the original worn out Ridge Grapplers (at 35k) with Toyo RT Trails…lt275 65 20.

 

You got lucky!!! I check my area every so often for used caps. Did you get a killer deal? How do you like it so far?

 

Thanks. Seems pretty nice. I think it will work nice in the winter too, seems pretty solid compared to my old fiberglass leer…. We’ll see how it holds up
