It's about time to replace front springs and shocks. Got a bit of tilt to one side.

Who still makes coil springs for a 2006 Double cab 4x4 that will give no more than 1" lift using Bilstein 4600?
I've looked up OME 2883, 2884, 2885 etc says they aren't a fit for the tundra. The oldest fitment I have been able to find is 2007.
Doesn't have to be OME springs.

Some of ya'll who have replaced yours what OME springs, and what isolators, and top hats if any?

I probably should have posted there.
Are the part numbers still same after 3 years?
That’s where I got the numbers, but iconfusing to me because every number listed in that thread I’ve tried says doesn’t fit the 2006 tundra.
Do they fit even though says it’s not a fit?

My guess is that they dropped a bunch of older vehicles from their supported vehicles list. I deal with this all the time with other older vehicles. Only parts I see available for my first gen on the ARB website are the giant ARB Safari bumper, and a couple of lockers. You can shoot them an email, but I'm guessing those springs and part numbers haven't changed at all in 20 years.

This site is still using the OME springs and lists which ones they're using.

It's correct. It doesn't fit the 2006 Tundra **IF** you're using the OEM tophat/isolator combo.

But they're not going to tell you the latter part of that, nor tell you, "there's a proper way to adapt it", they're just telling you "you can't buy this spring and have it work as-is" and leaving out the "without a simple and cheap additional part", i.e. the isolator.

It's the OEM isolator that's the issue, the isolator is the rubber adapter/cushion that helps the top coil of your spring seat into the tophat, and not clang and move around (hence, "isolator"). The ring diameter at the top of the OME spring is narrower than OEM, and the new isolator makes it fit snugly into the tophat.

That's why the megathread's suspension advice section instructs you to replace the updated tophat and isolator, right there at the top of the "which spring for which lift?" bulleted advice section.

In case the words I'm sharing aren't making sense, here's a picture. The OEM top rubber isolator isn't compatible with OME springs, they won't cleanly seat. You'll be replacing that, and while you're in there, you may as well replace the tophat with a fresh one.
