~230 miles each way, even though local dealers were only ~20 miles...but they're rotten-ass liars that I wouldn't give a cup of piss much less purchase a vehicle from, even if it was the exact right one.

How does @Backroadgee with 68 posts and been on the forum for 6 weeks get the "Well Known Member" moniker, but @Tundra234 have 18k posts over nearly 7 years still have the "New Member" moniker?

Live in Denver, bought in St Louis. Twice. Easy process and exact vehicle without the add-on costs. And, as others have said, it a good excuse for a road trip.

    Just getting started...
2,000 miles for me. Flew to Sacramento, CA and drove it back to Houston over 2 days. I could not get my preferred configuration (or top 3) thanks to Gulf States Toyota limitations.

1794 Long Bed, TRD OR, TRD 3" lift, Light Cream interior, HUD

I actually ran into problems buying out of state, as some of the regions prohibit selling out of state or it would negatively impact their allocations (typically small markets).

At the time I purchased, there were no 1794 or Platinum long beds coming through in Texas or the GST region. And forget about "ordering."

We are the same, after the youngest is off to college, we are out of here.

I'm about 0.9 miles from my dealer (0.7 if I sneak in the back lot). When I made this dealer "My Dealer" I lived about 1:15 away.
