LMAO. Next person near Omaha, NEB that rents the tool needs to send a "tool" back from the sex toy superstore

I needed to get it back together so I just cleaned everything up and the scored up ECGS bushing is in there atm. Gonna order a new one and the tool. I didn't feel right hanging onto the loaner cuz I fucked up, possibly holding anyone up anyone that needed that so I wanted to get it back to ya.
I didn't have the typical vibrations that people have when doing the ECGS bushing. I was just doing it because I had a CV boot go and was gonna be in there anyway.

I should have kept the tool! FML.
    So close!

    Slide hammer?

Edit: slide hammer got the last 1/4" of the first ECGS I installed and fucked up. The kit didn't come with an extra nut and I think the fact that I didn't have the needle nose pliers behind there may have part of the reason it broke. I got it done though and the 2nd bushing drove in nicely after being in the freezer for 2 weeks.
I think they should make that piece i.broke from a stronger metal but oh well. Shouldn't have to do it ever a-fuckin-gain!

Welcome, as much as I enjoy sending the tool to strangers on the internet, we are a community; join some threads and be a part of it.
The loan-a-tool committee has meetings once a month, then notifies me of approved candidates.

I'd read through this thread a few times and watch a couple videos also. I believe the Timmy the tool man ECGS mod video is in here to help. Also may not hurt to call ECGS and verify that it comes with an extra nut on the threaded part of the removal tool? I think it's supposed to but mine didn't. You may or may not need it.
