New here to this group from IN. My name is John and I currently own a 2001 Toyota Tundra AC. Looking for some ideas on what to do. I eventually want to do a Baja build. Interested in ideas on what mods everyone recommends on doing and some cool mods as well. Thank you! upload_2025-7-9_12-49-42.jpg

    Welcome from Texas!

I will urge you to pay very close attention to the first thread that @KNABORES linked. It's the most important resource that you will come across on the internet concerning our trucks. Mods are cool, but being able to drive your truck because it was properly maintained is way cooler. You don't want to be THESE GUYS!

Thank you! Ya I definitely agree. I got a few maintenance things I want to do before doing mods just to make sure the truck is good, then slowly start modding it up a little bit.

This is one of my favorite 1st gens (not my truck).
It has the front bumper mod Stock front bumper mod | Toyota Tundra Forum, the body side moldings removed and the wheel arches cut. So clean.

Thank you! I do love the look of the front bumper! I was actually trying to figure out an idea on how to make it look different without buying an expensive aftermarket bumper.

I do love the all black!
