She's up and running no more coupler/bearing noise. Did an oil change used 9 qts of Mobil1 European 0w-40. Fresh red antifreeze with water wetter. Still need to finish up pump and throttle body braided lines for the water/methanol. Ordered up a water pump as that started whining. Need to clean up wiring and hose routing when I get the rest of the shipment. The larger gap on the plugs seem good to go. Will do some logging runs and see where it's at.

From that angle of the cab, it looks like an old roadster, or a pt cruiser lol. But looks like it would be a sick build on a short frame, without the bed.

I bet you’re not even getting in to boost because of the bypass valve. I need like 45-50% (40 degrees of throttle angle) throttle to get any boost at all. Try tow/haul mode and don’t be a ladyboy.

It just feels like it isnt creating boost at all no matter the RPM range.
I'll try turning off the traction control.
I'm going to bring it back to the installer after trying your suggestion and take the manager for a ride.
It's really obvious it's not creating boost,It's no faster than when I brought it in.
Kinda wish I hadnt changed the exhaust right about now so I could listen for the whine.
I'm going to open the hood and give it some throttle and see if I can hear it sitting in the driveway.
Like I said though, you could most definitely hear it in my Tacoma but then it had the stock exhaust.
Need to take and run it on the dyno as well and see what if any increase in HP.

Comparing the amount of whine between different setups doesn't really tell you anything. the 2650 is pretty quiet, especially with the stock pulley

While I'd love to just romp on it I'm being a little conservative on the skinny pedal per instruction from the installer.
But again, when they installed the TRD unit in my Tacoma which is made by Magnuson it was obvious from the get go that it had been SuperCharged.

It's no so much that as it the is lack of acceleration.
Like I said this isnt my first SuperCharged Truck so I had a good idea what to expect.
And I expected a lot more!!

You’re also driving a vehicle that’s twice the weight. Turn on tow/haul and drop the hammer on the throttle.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    If you get it right

    expect ~5sec 0-60

you really need to build it out to get under 5

I only have the 2650 + smaller pulley + injectors

    intake and exhaust is stock

    that’ll get ya ~ 500 whp

    I’ve done 5.1 on a dragy. And that’s moving

It was twice the weight before the SCer.......
I figure I'll let them know now that I believe there's a problem and they'll probably want me to bring it in which is fine I have nothing but time.
I'll do some driving again today just to see if I'm overreacting, and do the driveway listen and go from there.

It shouldnt be laggy due to mileage.
It only has something like 20k miles on it since I bought it right after I retired.

I'll wait on that until after I find out if the SCer is putting out what it should be. (after installing the boost gauge)
Dont want to start throwing parts at it until I have a baseline.
If it's not my first step is going to be taking it back to the installer.

As far as installing the boost gauge.....
I remember with my Tacoma it was a pain in the Ass trying to get the tube from the gauge to the SCer without kinking it.
How's the install on the Tundra?

Short hose run from the back corner of the blower to the map sensor. I mounted my map sensor to the left of the brake booster.

The line that came with my boost gauge for the Tacoma was an opaque white line with very little flex.
You couldnt make a sharp turn with it or it'd kink and pretty much ruin the line.
At least this line looks to be a little more used friendly.

Have someone blip the throttle while you're looking at the bypass valve to make sure that it's moving correctly. It should be open normally and then snap closed with a blip.

So what are y'all using the second gauge mount for on the pillar mount?
Obviously one is going to be for boost.

I went with a single gauge. The Innovate PSB-1 will monitor both AFR and boost on one display.

I have 2 multigauges, left is left bank AFR, Peak Boost & boost 2x because I didn't need to add another ethenol or fuel temp/pressure sensor. Right is right bank afr, ethanol content, fuel pressure & fuel temperature.
