What's Best to do while you replacing a Timing Belt ? 4.7 L with 200k miles
    1 water pump
    2 crankshaft seal
    3 cam shaft seals
    4 valve cover gaskets
    5 Serpentine belt
    6 ?

Get the Aisin kit from Rockauto, it has a lot of that stuff.

And not timing belt related, but lower ball joints with OEM only if those have not been done.

Test your fan clutch and bearing. If either are suspect, replace during the TB swap. Plugs during the valve cover job if they’re close to being due. Clean the MAF and throttle body while you’re in there.

Understand: 2005-2006 you have the VVTi engine, ad the camshaft seals are considerably more difficult than with the previous non-VVTi trucks.

I had a small camshaft seal leak and was able to shore it up using a seal refresher (AT-205).

That said, if it ain't leaking, I would wait until next timing belt chang to reassess.

I was burned once by not checking and/or replacing the radiator fan bracket assembly during TB & water pump replacement job.

I just got finished with mine.
All new aisin parts for timing.

Belt drive: Add tensioners,(get an Aisin, or Toyota. Bought a moog and had to return it cause it had half the tension of the original) and pulleys, a good QUALITY serpentine belt
Thought I could get away with using old fan bracket, and idler pulley, but ended up taking it apart again to replace them.

First New fan belt caused me grief looking for a noise until figured out it was belt. Got a gates belt noise went away.

Radiator, hoses, and replace any vacuum lines that are looking rough.
