Here’s what “Stage 2” is going to be for my truck with National Speed. Currently just the tvs1900 on it and everything that comes with that package.

    NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
    DeatschWerks 650 Injectors
    RCF Throttle Body + Adaptor
    ProSpeeds Cold Air Intake
ProSpeeds 2 Gallon Heat Exchanger with windshield washer tank
    2.30” Pulley and Hub
Stainless Works Long Tube Headers (keeping SPD cat back)
    Koyo Radiator + Cap
Valve Body - Extreme from the group buy
    Larger Transmission Pan
Solid Offroad's Motor Mounts (been sitting in my house for 2 years)

Going to schedule end of August most likely. Just trying to get some of the oomph back from going to 37's.

If you have a decent parts store or an o-ring kit you should be able to match them.

Does your IC system get under pressure with the hole? Most I've seen for general use get up to 3-5psi. Drag racing is just used for a quick circulating cool down for a few runs combined with an interchiller or ice box. Not sure if it makes a difference.
As armyoffoo stated could be the o-rings position for a leak for cylinders 7/8.

I remember this now, I checked my PMs and saw where you mentioned it. I wonder if the rapid cooling from the interchiller combined with the lack of pressure relief caused the vacuum? That was another reason I didn't like the ProSpeed reservoir, no pressure cap.

Reason I was looking for a not so large reservoir that had a pressure cap to aid in general cruising/wot cooling. I didnt like the prospeed one either.

Go crazy like @Mdl and run a 2.0" pulley, should make up for the 37s well  though maybe that's like stage 5

lol every year I’ll come back in the summer and decide to step down 0.1” and go with larger injectors

Summer 2028 we’ll be at 2.0” and 1000cc injectors lol

Maybe, making some holes in the inner fender will allow air to flow to the vent. I will take some measurements to see if that is possible.

And the 6.71 inch crank pulley...I'm sure I got some rotor pressure loss. But I did open my exhaust as much as possible
    Still waiting on the 1.9.:p

It's definitely possible, I've got a large hole in my passenger side now, I would just need another on the driver's side

I'm planning on combining my SABM and air excellerator kinda like @reywcms molded prospeed but with the stock box. Will fiberglass an oval piece and have the fender side be loose for movement.

Did that tank ever get under pressure or? It's a decent design.

That's the ProSpeed tank, it looks great and fits the spot perfectly, but I had issues with it from day one, so I bought the CXRacing 2.4 gallon tank to replace it. The PS tank has no pressure relief valve either built into the cap or otherwise, and the outlet at the bottom was below the inlet on my heat exchanger so I had issues filling the system. The cap is also left-hand thread and the threads were boogered up, I had to use a file to fix them so the cap would seat fully.

This is the CXRacing tank I'm using now, the other pic was the best one I had for the fender hole, it's outdated

Hood will be a big difference. Fenders definitely lighter than oem and a little bit lighter than the current fiberglass.
