Did some drawings in CAD to let my nephew do some coloring since the dude is bored out of his mind. Thought I'd share the files with the forum to see what turns out of it. I plan on making 1st gen and 2nd gen too but doing more research on dimensions.

Drawing is scaled to 0.0363, 17" Wheels with stock ride height.

Full ceramic tint. 15 on the windows and rear and 70 on the windshield. Suntek evolve. 3rd truck I’ve had this shop and same tint used. Been flawless everytime! Broke triple digits on the old girl, finally over 100 miles on the odo! Lol.

Which # Dobinson rear springs did you get?
…and what’s the lift height and weight rating?

That's too bad. There's not a lot on the market for oem'ish level wiring harnesses like these. Glad GG OR is doing it

I got the dobinson 2 inch rated for a load of 0-110bs spring number is C59-841v. It rides pretty high I should’ve taken before/after measurements but it’s about a 3.5inch lift for the front I maxed out the ADS suspension height.

Finally took it off road a little bit yesterday and it rode amazing. So smooth and the faster you go the better it soaks everything up.

Was this just a straight swap or did you need to do anything additional for fitment?

Straight swap, the tail pipe comes with a new gasket and nuts.

Super easy swap, pop off the two rubber exhaust hangers, unbolt the clamp at the junction. Drop the spare tire and jack up the truck by the hitch to increase the gap between frame and axle to get the exhaust out and in. New exhaust bolts right in and uses same hangers.

Any sound difference at highway speeds compared to the original?

Haven’t been on the highway yet; not expecting much difference and honestly don’t know that I’d be able to identify a mild change at those speeds

Nope. Mild change outside, nearly imperceptible inside.

I did....if you have a ratch, socket and short screw tip it works better. After I put them on, I've sprayed them a couple times with black spray paint so it looks much better.
