I’m in south east Louisiana. 90* and 60% humidity is like mild spring weather right after a cool front. You won’t see condensate at 60% as this is considered low humidity. Condensate happens when the air is saturated, as in 80% or higher humidity

Yea most people don't like riding in my truck because it's cold. I love it. I'm going to try and let it idle somewhere a take some pics if I can remember too. But it does a great job if I hop in soaked with sweat it will dry me and the cab out pretty fast.

FWIW, I have a similar problem and have always had the problem ever since day 1 in my 2020. I've never been able to pinpoint the cause, other than the fact that it only does it on A/C recirc. On fresh air intake, no issues. I removed to the little drain above the trans which was a serious pain and cleaned it out to see if anything was clogging, which had little to no affect.

I've bought the A/C cleaner kit from Toyota dealer and done all of that, no real help. I just run A/C on without recirc now.

Just ran 2 minutes then shut of in garage. Nice size puddle. I always run it with Recirculation on, gives me colder/Drier air. Never had a smell from HVAC. I don't even shut off my ac when I shut my truck off. I turn truck off with ac on recirculation blasting.

After seeing where the drain is located I’m not even going to bother with trying to remove or clean it. I tried from the driver and passenger side and I can’t get anything jammed up there to even try to clear it out.

I have had good luck with opening up the cabin filter port and spraying a liberal amount of Lysol into the system while it’s running.

Wow yeah something must be clogged in mine for sure. All that water is just from the AC dripping? Not the exhaust heating up or anything like that? Mine won’t drop literally a single drop on the ground after running ac on cold for 30 minutes.

    thanks for providing the photos.

I just started the truck. Let it warm up 30 seconds and pulled it into the garage and shut it off. Ac was on max rec I'm 99.9% sure it's the ac.

Maybe it’s just because it’s been drier than normal in Florida lately. Maybe when the humidity goes back up to normal I’ll try again.

It gets "Drier" in Florida? My trucks AC will squirt 20 FL ounces of water on the ground if i say FL near it. I'm in NC for reference.

I will refer you to post #30 where I share my thoughts about floridas sub-tropical climate lol.

in all fairness it has actually been drier than average lately, a lot of the state is in a drought with red flag warnings.
