Any more valve bodies get delivered? Still waiting for mine and also a response from them asking for an eta.

Question for those with AFR gauges, when cruising off the gas do your AFRs consistently drop past the range on the gauge? Is there a speed threshold where this occurs?
I noticed my gauge used to display "----" when cruising. I thought it used to occur at low speeds now it appears it only happens at higher speeds or steeper declines.
    What are y'all observing?

Is this with AEM or Innovate? My older AEM failsafe displays reading all the time. Goes to 18 when off acceleration on downhill or stopping.

Normal, it's called deceleration fuel cut off. Kind of a engine-braking feature, but not sure what conditions it gets activated.

Yup totally normal, as now your motor acts like a giant vacuum pump and shuts off the injectors while coasting.

yes but what is the min speed threshold. Mine seems to do it only at higher speeds.

Ok so I am probably misremembering it occurring at lower speeds.

I’m not sure at what speed but mine will do it only at higher speeds as well. Like 25+ mph. It’s whenever the converter unlocks and now the motor needs to stay running afr comes back.

Mine (PSB-1) always shows my AFR value no matter when/how I'm driving...always 14.4-14.8 when cruising and real low 12s at WOT...if coasting downhill, it'll read in the 20s until the skinny pedal is tapped...I'm at 5k elevation...

Can you write a tag asking them to diagnose it? I'm going to do the same for mine, but I'm curious since we've been towing the same rig but I've had 5.29s and you've had factory.

Oh! And to keep a tally for who is still waiting, my name is on that list.

No, I've been slacking on that as well, but I need to replace the AC condenser and compressor, so probably going to do it at the same time this summer.

Thanks! I have to recharge mine. I have a bottle and need to find some more of the "older" refrigerant.

I sent my core back April 14 and it was received April 16...I'd imagine the turn-around time on the cores is typically 2 weeks, but that's a wild guess...I'm not certain what they need to confirm or not to decide if it's a usable core or not...Mine appeared, to me at least, to look brand new and shiney still...the only difference being the plate between the two halves. I'll let everyone know when the returned core dollars are credited back...

What are you thinking they are looking for (truly curious as I didn't think I could ask)? I assume they're just confirming there aren't any cracks so they can do their gold plate magic in-between the halves...I'm just thinking they aren't spending time on diagnosing cores to that degree...

Based on their videos, it would be interesting to see if there is any leak down on the stock VBs. Looks like they have a custom mat they use to test each passage. I don't know if they would respond to notes being attached to it for the request and then have the results sent back to an email address, but it would be really interesting to see if there is meaningful difference between his and mine since we have the same towing demands.

gotcha, that would be interesting...I would definitely consider trying to send a note in the package with an email address, etc to see if the Aussies will help...all cores are sent to Cruisers and I assume they send a pallet to WAT when they have enough to send off....

The only valve bodies that can't be reused are one that have been already bored for the larger accumulators and don't hold a vacuum on the bored passages. Of course cracks or deformities would rule out being reused. The separator plates are new on ipt/level10. Just not sure of the make up/treatment on the WAT ones.

Congrats, getting jealous over here waiting on Whipple, so I reached out to them again after no response the first time.

    Here's there response for us whipple waiters;

"We are currently working on getting the Tundra blowers out after we've upgraded these to the 3.0. I don't have an exact ETA, but it should be relatively soon."

I'm a hold up on mine. Haven't had 5 minutes to get under there and take the truck off the road. I may have to suck it up and spend the $900 for labor and fluid and pay someone to do it just do to time.
