What brand are the lights? Beam pattern? Are they decent lights or cheap chinese ones like you'd get on Amazon? Coastal doesn't have much info about them on their site other than the wattage.

They are cree leds, the lights themselves don't have any logo markings, but they seem to be solid quality construction, all metal housings and the seals look good. Haven't hooked them up yet to confirm pattern. I'd say probably higher end Amazon type stuff based on my previous Amazon light ventures.

My bumper kit is on the way... Curious what you did with the plastic inner fender on the back side of the bumper? Haven't seen any pics of that.

By the way lights are bright , and are a driving/spot pattern.

Sorry to revive this old thread but I just got a Coastal bumper and was looking through thread to see what I got myself into. Great write up! I also got hung up on the power steering relocation. In your picture it seems that you may have the brackets on upside down as it should push the cooler up much higher than shown. They may have changed the instructions since you got yours.
But regardless, I have the factory trans cooler which was in the way of the lines for the power steering relocation. For others running into this, I used their supplied brackets then made my own brackets to fit an aftermarket cooler.

Bumper pod lights are Diode Dynamic SS3's. Ditch lights are Baja Designs XL Pro's.

Just curious. If you do not end up installing a winch, are there any parts that have to be relocated? I'm considering either a kit like this, or fabbing one from scratch. I want the winch plate but it may be a while (if ever) that I actually install one. Never needed one and I don't do any crazy off roading, mainly fire roads for hunting, and 99% of the time with a partner in his truck. And I'd prefer not to have to relocate/re-mount parts etc. if possible.

On the bull bar issue, I'm assuming this kit can be mounted so it sticks out a little further for a bull bar?

Hi guys, I just got a coastal for my truck and had a fabricator install for me. Now I am realizing I want to install a light bar. Is it possible to do it without removing the bumper?

    Just starting.
It looks great. Did you get any documentation for cutting the rear fenders? I'm trying to install the bumper built for a 2000 model AC and am looking for help with measurements to cut the rear fenders.

No documentation, you basically have to get the base/frame section mounted and eye ball it or use a string line

I was able to get the light bar mounted without removing the bumper. We did have to remove the valence above the bumper and slide it on but turned out well.
