How to get constant power to accessory ports?

Is there a simple way to get constant power supplied to my 12v USB or lighter port(s)?? So annoying when they turn off after the truck shuts down.

On newer ford trucks you just need to jumper a fuse in the engine bay, super easy. Just not sure on Tundras. Its a 2021 SR5 crewmax.

Really surprised no one’s commented on this, if I knew I’d share but I’m genuinely curious too cause it sure would be nice to be able to use the ports to charge while your in a store or away from the truck.

 

You could cut the wires to them and attach them to a constant 12v source.

 

i added an always-on USB port to my 2017 last year. wasn't difficult, just needed to tap into the fuse panel in the driver's side footwell. a few threads i found that were super-helpful:

Something to keep in mind is that even when nothing is plugged into the USB charger it is drawing power and will draw down the battery.
