Front and rear TRD sway bars, TRD dual exhaust, “demon” tow hook brackets/mounts and steel shackles, Sony XAV-9500ES HU, Kicker JBL Bypass Plug & Play 5-Channel Amplifier, Kicker 48CWRT84 CompRT 8" Subwoofer, console Vault 1/2 vault, ESP Under Seat Long Box Lockable Storage, Quick Connect for Jumper Cables, Singers Alternator Voltage Boost Mod.
I tried ordering both the handle and the A-Pillar trim piece, but, only the handle is available. The trim piece is “no longer available”.
Bummer. I’m going to have to look harder from online salvage yards, I guess.

I’ve got a close buddy who just was diagnosed with a rare form of sarcoma. He has since had his leg amputated. He’s in recovery now and doing OK but he’ll need a driver grab handle to get in and out of his truck now. He drives a 2021 Tundra crewmax. What’s the best way to get one of these discontinued grab handles?

They are discontinued? For the record, I do have that actual handle (wrong order for the trim piece, but handle is correct) that I would part with cost, plus shipping. Let me know if he's interested. You/he will have to order the correct trim piece and hardware at local hardware store.
And, prayers for your buddy, too, amputated is a very difficult life to get used to, if ever.

Looking at local Junkyards for these parts as they are on backorder with dealership (352 orders at one dealership to be exact, so sounds like they intend to keep making them but no idea on timeline). I know some parts of the Sequoia and Tundra are interchangeable. Wondering if the Pillar and Grab handle are as well, as that might help ease my search. Currently looking at anything Tundra 2007 to 2013 for this part as no Tundras that I've found have the grab handle starting year 2014. Can I add the same year of Sequoias to the search? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Following. No luck and all dealers mention this part has been discounted with no estimated update on anything backordered.

I'm having problems getting this flush and tight. Anybody experience the same? I backed out both bolts and reseated it, but its still not looking done

The top cap is always coming off:

The handle doesn't sit flush on its left side with the pillar garnish and has a bit of rotational flex when I grab it:

And there's this odd curve on the upper attachment point (which I actually see on the existing passenger handle):

None of those areas on mine are perfectly flush. Looks pretty similar to yours. There are going to be some imperfections.

I'm glad you guys all posted up followups. I was trying to see the issue, 'cause it looks exactly like my '08 and '21.
