Has anyone tried one of the $100 dollar aftermarket ebay hood bulges? Did it fit and look decent?

A buddy of mine has, it looks OEM fit and finish. He wrapped it and attached it with 3M VHT tape and its been on for more than a year now.

I'm planning to do the same but I'll paint and bolt it down, I have heard that the seal they supply with the kit is cheap and you can just grab the OEM version for $10

I have one and it is starting to fade. I have had it about 18 months or so. I put ppf film on it but it is still fading. I have an OEM that I have sitting in the garage to replace it with. I also have ebay painted door handles and they are starting to fade on the top too.
