2005 tundra SR5 access cab v6

Anyone know what the oem part name or a substitute is called for the climate position cable and/or where to get one? I've lubed up the acutators at the bottom and pulled apart the assembly and my conclusion is that the cable is just messed up as it's missing some of the sheath and seems bent in the wrong way
